  • Patent number: 7037092
Abstract: A roller pump comprises a pump housing having a cylindrical inner surface, a rotor fixed to a drive shaft placed at the central portion of the pump housing, rollers provided around the rotor and a driver for driving the drive shaft through a reduction gear. The rollers press an elastic tube installed between the rollers and the inner surface of the pump housing to transfer a liquid in the elastic tube by rotation of the rotor. The pump housing and the reduction gear are integrated into one body and an output shaft of the reduction gear is fixed to the drive shaft of the rotor. A stepping motor is used as the driver. A part of the inner surface of the pump housing is composed of a semicircle, another part of the inner surface is composed of a partial circle of which center is shifted from the center of the semicircle.

  • Patent number: 6776773
Abstract: A first sensor (13-1), the mounting position of the first sensor (13-1) being recognized as a counting number of instruction pulses to a pulse motor (3), is arranged along a plate (11) with slits of an encoder at a portion between a position where a pushing holder (7) is connected to a plunger (9) for the liquid infusion, and a start position where the pushing holder (7) is separated from the plunger (9). A counting means (16) for counting encoder pulses from the encoder, is reset when a first sensor (13-1) is detected by a position detecting device (14) moved together with the pushing holder (7), and started to count the encoder pulses according to the movement of the pushing holder (7). A time to complete the liquid infusion is calculated by using a distance between the position where the plunger (9) is connected to the holder (7) and a liquid infusion finish position proper to the syringe, and a predetermined liquid infusion speed.

  • Patent number: 4327645
Abstract: The handle of a tie tamper is connected to its vibration generating motor, to which a beater is rigidly fixed to be vibrated thereby, by a combination of a Neidhart damper fixed to one end of the handle, a shackle-link pair fixed at one end to the square shaft of the damper, and an arcuate leaf spring pin-connected at its one end to the link pair and at its other end to the motor and by a two-bar linkage connected at its two ends via Neidhart dampers respectively to an intermediate part of the handle and to the motor, and a balance weight is provided at the pin joint between the two links of the two-bar linkage. This construction greatly reduces the vibration transmitted from the motor to the handle.

  • Patent number: 4323014
Abstract: The handle of a tie tamper is connected to its vibration generating motor, which vibrates a beater fixed thereto, by a combination of a Neidhart damper secured to one end of the handle, a shackle-like link pair fixed at its one end to the damper, and an arcuate leaf spring pin-connected at its one end to the other end of the link pair and at its other end to the motor and by a two-bar linkage connected at its two ends via Neidhart dampers respectively to an intermediate part of the handle and to the motor, a balance weight being provided at the pin joint between the two links of the two-bar linkage, and a strap connected at its ends to the handle and motor limits the extension of the two-bar linkage.
