  • Patent number: 7589495
Abstract: The battery pack is provided with communication lines that connect with attached electrical equipment, a temperature-sensing element that connects with a communication line, a switching device that connects with the temperature-sensing element, and a control section to control the switching device. The control section puts the switching device in the open state when the communication lines are being used and puts the switching device in the closed state when the communication lines are not being used to output temperature-sensing element voltage to the electrical equipment-side via the communication lines.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 5, 2006
Date of Patent: September 15, 2009
    Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.
    Inventors: Kazuhiro Hitomi, Masao Yamaguchi

  • Patent number: 5156013
Abstract: A control device for an absorption refrigerator which forms a refrigeration cycle by connecting an evaporator, an absorption unit, a generator, a condenser and the like to control a heating amount of the generator. Singular or plural amounts of change representative of externasl conditions are detected. A heating amount of the generator is controlled by a fuzzy logic calculation.

  • Patent number: 5138846
Abstract: A control system for an absorption refrigerator comprising an evaporator, absorber, generator and condenser for providing a refrigeration cycle. At least one fuzzy rule includes two antecedent input variables and two membership functions for the two input variables. When consequent membership functions of the rules are arranged in a matrix in corresponding relation to the two antecedent membership functions, the consequent membership functions are defined in every other row and every other column of the matrix in a region where at least the two input variables take a positive or negative great value.
