    Abstract: A solenoid valve has a valve portion and a solenoid portion. The valve portion includes a sleeve and a spool. The solenoid portion includes a yoke, a plunger, a stator core, and a base portion. The base portion includes a first inner diameter portion, a second inner diameter portion, and a connection surface that connects the first inner diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion to each other in a radial direction. The first inner diameter portion is fastened to a first outer peripheral surface of the sleeve. The second inner diameter portion is arranged radially outside a second outer peripheral surface of a magnetic attraction core. The base portion is in contact with the yoke. The connection surface and a sleeve end surface of the sleeve adjacent to the solenoid portion in the axial direction are spaced from each other in the axial direction.

The solenoid portion includes a stator core having a magnetic attraction core, a sliding core, a magnetic flux passage suppressing portion that suppresses the passage of magnetic flux between the sliding core and the magnetic attraction core, a magnetic yoke, a coil portion, a plunger, and a magnetic tubular base portion. The base portion is fastened to a first outer peripheral surface of an end on the solenoid portion side in the axial direction of the sleeve, is arranged outside a radial direction of a second outer peripheral surface of the end on the valve portion side in the axial direction of the magnetic attraction core, and comes into contact with the yoke inside the yoke.

    Abstract: A feed control device includes a contact device, an output detector, a contact weld sensor, and an alarm device. The output detector is configured to detect the presence of power feeding into the side of an electrically-powered car from an external power supply. The contact weld sensor is configured to sense that the contact device is welded based on a detection result of the output detector if detecting the presence of power feeding from the external power supply to a feed line for the contact device when a state signal representing charge permission is not entered. The alarm device is configured, if the contact weld sensor senses that the contact device is welded, to indicate the occurrence of weld to the outside.
