  • Patent number: 11955252
Abstract: A cable is composed of a cable core including one or more electric wires, a shield layer covering around the cable core, and a sheath covering around the shield layer. The shield layer includes a braided shield braided in such a manner that first metal wires composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy intersect with second metal wires composed of copper or a copper alloy. An outer diameter of each of the second metal wires is larger than an outer diameter of each of the first metal wires.

  • Publication number: 20070276694
Abstract: [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a medicine research information collection form capable of organizing contents of a plurality of collected medicine research information collection forms into a database with good efficiency. [Solving Means] The present invention relates to a medicine research information collection form 20 for medicine research requiring statistical processing for verifying validity of research results obtained from electronic input information generated based on handwritten information on a medicine research case. The medicine research information collection form 20 of the present invention is a sheet of paper having a printed position encoding pattern P for deciding a coordinate position of an electronic pen 10 on the paper. Furthermore, the sheet of paper has a printed item for handwriting or selecting information on medicine research such as a clinical trial.

  • Patent number: 6531159
Abstract: The present invention provides (1) a removal material for cannabinoids present in body fluids where at least one substance from amongst substances with functional groups capable of hydrogen bonding, substances with hydrophobic functional groups, substances having cationic functional groups and physiologically active substances, is immobilized on a water-insoluble carrier, and (2) a cannabinoid removal column characterized in that it incorporates an aforesaid material (1). In accordance with the present invention, cannabinoids present in, for example, the blood, can be selectively removed.

  • Patent number: 5389549
Abstract: Reagents for enabling leukocytes to be classified and counted lyse erythrocytes and act on leukocytes to stabilize them are disclosed. The reagents contain polyoxyethylene-based surfactants, and may contain hyperosmotic or hypoosmotic agents and solubilizing agents. One embodiment of the invention contains surfactants selected from the anionic and nonionic polyoxyethylene-based surfactants having 18-30 repeating oxyethylene units per molecule. A second embodiment of the invention contains nonionic polyoxyethylene surfactants only, having 20-100 repeating oxyethylene units per molecule, does not employ either saponin or quaternary ammonium compounds, and provides for adjustment of the pH of the resulting solutions. The invention allows leukocytes to be classified into as many as five types, each type to be quantified, and enables the detection of abnormal cells, when used in conjunction with particulate analysis flow cytometers employing the RF method and the DC method.

  • Patent number: 4736598
Abstract: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a box-shaped casing. The interior of the casing is divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber by a first partition wall which is arranged in parallel with the top and bottom walls of the casing. The lower chamber is divided into a heat exchanger chamber and a machine chamber by a second partition wall extending perpendicular to the bottom wall. A heat exchanger and a compressor are arranged in the heat exchanger chamber and machine chamber, respectively. Electric parts are arranged in the upper chamber and located above the heat exchanger chamber. A support rod is located in the heat exchanger chamber and fixed at one end to the first partition wall and at the other end to the bottom wall. A blower is attached to the support rod and faces the heat exchanger.

  • Patent number: 4735058
Abstract: An air conditioning apparatus to which an operating current is supplied through a plug includes a compressor and a detector for detecting one of the temperature level of the plug and the operating current level flowing through the plug. When the detected level of the plug is above a first upper limit during a predetermined time after the start of the compressor, the output level of the compressor is reduced for decreasing one of the temperature level of the plug and the operating current level flowing through the plug below the first upper limit. When the detected level of the plug is above a second upper limit below the first upper limit after the predetermined time, the output level of the compressor is reduced for decreasing one of the temperature level of the plug and the operating current level flowing through the plug below the second upper limit.

  • Patent number: 4519214
Abstract: An air conditioner includes a compressor, four-way valve, outdoor side heat exchanger, expansion valve and indoor side heating exchanger, which components are sequentially connected via coolant tubes, thereby constructing a refrigeration cycle circuit which is capable of performing cooling (defrosting) and heating operations. A switching control valve is connected between the suction side of the compressor and the four-way valve. The control valve is opened when abnormal high pressure is produced in the refrigeration cycle and when the defrosting operation is performed. A first branch passage is connected at its one end between the four-way valve and indoor side heat exchanger, and at the other end to the control valve. During the heating operation, when the control valve is opened, the first branch passage forms a releasing circuit, thereby releasing the abnormal high pressure to the low pressure side of the refrigeration cycle.
