  • Patent number: 10687392
Abstract: A lead wire is electrically connected to an electric power source. A wire heater is supplied with electric power through the lead wire to generate heat. An insertion hole is formed in a housing. The lead wire and the wire heater are connected by a caulked member and fixed to each other, while aligning the tips of the lead wire and the wire heater in the same direction. The lead wire and the wire heater, connected by the caulked member, are fixed in the insertion hole with being inserted from the inlet portion of the insertion hole toward the end portion of the insertion hole. Sealing resin is injected into the insertion hole from an injection hole formed in the end portion, and filled therein.

  • Patent number: 10428995
Abstract: A heat-insulated pipe assembly includes a pipe allowing a fluid to flow therethrough, and a heat insulating member covers at least a part of the pipe. The pipe is used in an exhaust gas purification system using an SCR catalyst. The heat insulating member has a closed-cell structure and suppresses an increase in a temperature of the fluid due to heat exchange with air. In the exhaust gas purification system using the SCR catalyst, the interior of the pipes is thermally insulated from the exterior by the heat insulating member. Thereby an increase in the temperature of the fluid flowing through the pipe due to heat exchange with air is suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20170016375
Abstract: A heating and thermal insulation pipe including: a temperature-regulated pipe configured to allow a liquid to pass therethrough; at least two temperature-regulating pipes configured to allow a liquid coolant to pass therethrough, the at least two temperature-regulating pipes being in a mutual contact with the temperature-regulated pipe; a binding member for fixing the temperature-regulated pipe and the at least two temperature-regulating pipes together; and an outward protection tube sheathing therewith the temperature-regulated pipe and the at least two temperature-regulating pipes.

  • Patent number: 5142334
Abstract: In a developing device for electrostatic recording using a liquid developer, a first connector member firmly receives one end of a developer supply pipe and one end of a developer retrieval pipe, and a second connector member is firmly fitted in an opening of a developer storage tank for closing the same and firmly receives one end of pipes which open at opposite end to the inside of the developer storage tank. The developer storage tank is movable in a direction to fit the first and second connector members closely together under pressure for interconnecting the pipes retained by the first connector member and the corresponding pipes retained by the second connector member. With this construction, the developer storage tank can be replaced with utmost ease.

  • Patent number: 4965597
Abstract: A color image recording apparatus superimposes a plurality of images having different colors to form a composite color image on a recording medium. Registration marks are formed on the recording medium at equal pitches as it is transported through an image formation device included in the apparatus. The apparatus also includes a sensor for sensing the registration marks and an edge sensor for sensing one edge or both edges of the recording medium.
