According to the bag with a port member, the bag with a port member that can reduce a residual amount of contents to be as small as possible when the contents inside the bag are taken out can be provided.

Abstract: A sealing mechanism for a container opening having a cylindrical opening disposed on a container body and a cap for sealing the cylindrical opening. The cap includes a screw-on cap body and an upper lid for sealing the cylindrical opening. The cap body and the upper lid are independent of each other so that the cap body can be rotated without rotating the upper lid and are engaged by a concave/convex portion. When the cap body is moved away from the container, the cap body slidably abuts on the upper lid, and pushes up the upper lid to open the cylindrical opening, and when the cap body moves toward the container, the cap abuts on the upper lid and pulls down the upper lid to re-seal the cylindrical opening.

The spout unit 3 is composed of opposing wall surface portions 11 and a fastener provided on inner surfaces of these wall surface portions 11, which are integrally formed through an injection molding process. The spout unit 3 includes a connection opening 15 for connecting one side end to the bag body 2 with the fastener 13 being boundary thereof and a closed portion 16 forming the other side end as the end edge of the packaging bag. A seal-opening portion 20 to be torn so as to separate the spout unit is formed to a portion between the closed portion 16 and the fastener 13.
