The present invention achieves this object by comprising a nonionic surfactant and a polyvalent alcohol fatty acid ester of a fatty acid having 6 to 12 carbon atoms and a polyvalent alcohol having 2 to 4 hydroxyl groups; wherein, the total amount of monoester and diester in the ester is 50% or more, and the weight ratio of monoester to diester is 4 or less.
