  • Publication number: 20240150649
Abstract: A light-emitting element includes an anode electrode, a QD layer containing QDs, and a cathode electrode, in which the QDs are Cd-free quantum dots having a core-shell structure including a core containing at least Ag, Ga, and at least one of S and Se, and a shell containing at least Zn, and exhibit fluorescence characteristics with a fluorescence full-width at half-maximum of 40 nm or less and a fluorescence quantum yield percentage of 70% or more.

  • Publication number: 20240107792
Abstract: A light-emitting element includes an anode electrode, a cathode electrode, and a QD layer provided between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode, the QD layer containing the QDs. The QDs are AgInxGa1-xSySe1-y-based or ZnAgInxGa1-xSySe1-y-based Cd-free QDs (0?x<1, 0?y?1) and exhibit fluorescence characteristics having a fluorescent half width of 45 nm or less and a fluorescence quantum yield of 35% or more in a green wavelength region to a red wavelength region.

  • Patent number: 7542480
Abstract: In a communication device which can realize a protocol conversion by a single device without preparing respective packages for existing various protocols, a protocol attribute included in a packet received is detected, protocol processing order data indicating a protocol processing order based on the protocol attribute are generated, and a plurality of protocols within the received packet are processed based on the protocol processing order data.

  • Publication number: 20040146027
Abstract: To enable subscribers to comfortably receive service, telecommunications carrier to increase the number of subscribers, and to allow base stations to reduce the processing burden. The effective Rate measuring portion measures the average effective Rate of the subscriber at the monitoring period Tn and the comparison portion monitors these results. The channel switching control portion carries out channel switching based on the report from the comparison portion if the average effective Rate falls below the threshold value Sdc or rises above the threshold value Scd. Since the value of the threshold value Scd can be decreased in proportion to the frequency of switching from CCH to DCH, the extent to which the subscriber can use the DCH is increased.
