    Abstract: A plurality of speakers disposed so as to surround a periphery of a passenger when viewed from above and a controller configured to control a sound field in a vehicle cabin by individually driving the plurality of speakers. The controller is configured, when an operation input for changing a vehicle behavior is made, to set a normative yaw rate depending on the operation input, to detect an actual yaw rate of the vehicle, and to rotate the sound field in the vehicle cabin in the direction of a change in the actual vehicle behavior depending on the deviation of the actual yaw rate relative to the normative yaw rate. That is, a change of a turning behavior depending on the operation input is rendered before the change of the actual turning behavior.

The controller is configured, when an operation input for changing an acceleration/deceleration behavior of the vehicle is made, to set a normative acceleration/deceleration depending on the operation input, to detect an actual acceleration/deceleration, and to displace the sound field in the vehicle cabin in the direction of a change in the actual acceleration/deceleration behavior of the vehicle depending on the deviation of the actual acceleration/deceleration relative to the normative acceleration/deceleration.     Abstract: A vehicle acoustic control device includes: a plurality of speakers disposed on a periphery of a passenger; and a controller that controls a sound field in a vehicle cabin by individually driving the plurality of speakers. The controller rotates and displaces the sound field in a direction opposite to a changing direction of a vehicle behavior. At this time, when a frequency at a time of change of the vehicle behavior is higher than a predetermined frequency, the controller changes the sound field in the vehicle cabin in the direction opposite to the changing direction of the vehicle behavior, and increases a variation of the sound field as a variation of the vehicle behavior is being larger.

    Abstract: Provided herein is a unit and method to assist the driver with brake operation and to lessen the operation burden. This vehicle deceleration control unit is provided with an engine brake that decelerates the vehicle by putting the vehicle in a state in which the power source is driven from the driven side, and when the driver holds brake operation, the deceleration caused by the engine brake is increased at a first rate. Then, once a predetermined time has elapsed after increasing the deceleration at the rise-up rate, the deceleration is increased from the deceleration at that time further at a second rate that is less than the Rise-up rate. Further, when the driver is increasing or decreasing the brake operation, i.e., does not hold the brake operation, the deceleration due to the engine brake is maintained.
