A retaining protrusion having an inclined surface that is inclined inward in a downward direction and extends to a lower end of the outer lid portion is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the outer lid portion. The retaining protrusion engages with a retaining depression provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner lid portion, to suppress separation between the outer lid portion and the inner lid portion.
