  • Publication number: 20020039528
Abstract: A Mg alloy member with an anticorrosive coating free from any environmental load can be produced by using a solution for chemical conversion treatment for anticorrosive coating, which comprises 0.05 to 1 mol/l of an oxoacid compound of heavy metal selected from Mo, W and V and has a pH of 2 to 6 adjusted by sulfuric acid or nitric acid, and is characterized by contacting the surface of Mg alloy preferably containing 2 to 10% Al with the solution, thereby forming a specific oxide film and, if necessary further forming a fluorine-containing organic film on the film, the resulting Mg alloy member being used in electrically driven blowers, note-type personal computers, various household electrical appliances, etc.

  • Publication number: 20020033270
Abstract: A disc cable capable of preventing occurrence of fine pieces of a metal wire material caused by wear and damage of a metal wire and preventing mixing of the fine pieces into feed is provided. A cover layer 5 formed of synthetic resin is formed on the surface of a metal wire 4, and a groove-like part 6 to which the surface of the metal wire 4 is exposed is formed not forming a part of the cover layer 5 in a predetermined spacing relation in a longitudinal direction of a cable 2. Then, a disc 3 formed of synthetic resin is molded, and the synthetic resin is flown into the groove-like part 6 to form a protrusion 8 on the disc 3 to fixedly mount it on the cable 2 to produce a disc cable 1 having the discs 3 disposed in a predetermined spacing relation on the cable 2.

  • Publication number: 20010030717
Abstract: An interconnecting structure and a pixel structure suited to large-sized screens are formed. A counter line/electrode is formed on a TFT substrate, and the counter line/electrode is made of a stacked structure film in which a layer made of aluminum or an alloy essentially containing aluminum is covered with a high-melting point metal film, and a transparent conductive film which covers the stacked structure film.

  • Publication number: 20010020994
Abstract: The present invention realizes a satisfactory step coverage of a thin film to be formed over a stacked line or electrode and satisfies the adhesion of the stacked line or electrode to a substrate, and also prevents the disconnection of the overlying line of the stacked line or electrode as well as the occurrence of a short-circuit between the overlying line and the underlying line, thereby improving reliability. A line having a stacked structure is provided on an insulative substrate. The stacked structure includes a first layer made of a first metal layer and a second layer made of a second metal different from the first metal layer. Each end surface of the first layer has a forward-tapered shape, while each end surface of the second layer is formed into a shape perpendicular to a surface of the substrate or an inversely-tapered shape.

  • Publication number: 20010015177
Abstract: To provide a feed carrying apparatus 1 capable of considerably reducing the carrying resisting force at a corner 3a of a pipeline 3 and also capable of considerably reducing the cost of the whole apparatus, and capable of carrying feed S smoothly and efficiently. A corner joint 48 formed on a bent pipe part 51 with a plurality of projections 52 projecting inward is disposed at the corner 3a of the pipeline 3. There is disposed a disk cable tension applying mechanism 271 in which a load corresponding to weight of a weight 277 is loaded to always urge fixed tension against a disk cable 2. At a corner 303a of a pipeline 303 are disposed a drive device 304 having a drive motor 313 connected to a drive sprocket 316 constituting a corner joint 310, or a drive device 404 having a drive sprocket 410 arranged away from an inclined wall 409d within a casing 409 formed with the inclined wall 409d.

  • Patent number: 5839389
Abstract: A feeder for pig-raising which can discharge a fixed quantity of food in a good condition at all time, which can adjust a discharge quantity of food relatively simply, and which can feed efficiently at all time in consideration of a habit of pigs. A suspension rod is suspended within a feeding tank formed at a lower end with a food outlet, and a food-quantity adjusting member is disposed below the suspension rod. The food-quantity adjusting member comprises a conical portion having an upper end smaller in diameter than the food outlet of said feeding tank, being gradually enlarged in diameter downward, and a lower end slightly larger in diameter than the food outlet, and a disk-like portion secured to the lower end of said conical portion. Food is supplied to a bottom plate from a gap between the food outlet of the feeding tank and an inclined peripheral surface of the food-quantity adjusting member.
