  • Publication number: 20040195514
Abstract: An underlayer of a phosphor layer is disposed on a sensor panel including two-dimensionally arranged photoelectric conversion devices. The surface of the underlayer is subjected to atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. The phosphor layer is formed on the surface-treated underlayer. Then, the phosphor layer is covered with a moisture-resistant protective layer, a reflection layer, and another protective layer. Thus, the phosphor layer is prevented from peeling due to adhesion failure, and is constituted of uniformly shaped crystals by vapor deposition. A resulting radiation detecting apparatus exhibits high sensitivity and high definition, producing a uniform photoelectric conversion efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20040178350
Abstract: In a radiation detecting device having a sensor panel in which a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are formed on one surface of a support substrate, a moisture-proof protective layer is laminated on a surface of the sensor panel on which the photoelectric conversion elements are formed, and a warp correction layer is laminated on the other surface of the sensor panel, and the moisture-proof protective layer and the warp correction layer are formed of a resin film having a drawing or extrusion direction, respectively, and bonded together so as to make the drawing or extrusion directions of both the resin films similar to each other. With the formation of the radiation detecting device, the warp of the radiation detection panel induced by a thermal displacement is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6098889
Abstract: An optical recording medium includes an integrated circuit (IC) module whose exposed surface is masked so as not to be visually recognized. The optical recording medium can be efficiently manufactured without degrading the essential function thereof. The optical recording medium includes a transparent substrate, an optical recording layer and a protective layer provided in this sequence. The IC module is buried in the optical recording medium so that one surface of the IC module is exposed on the protective layer. The optical recording medium also includes a hardened surface layer, transparent to a light beam for reproducing information recorded in the optical recording layer, or for reproducing information recorded in the optical recording layer and recording information in the optical recording layer, provided on a surface of the transparent substrate where the light beam is projected, and a masking layer provided in a region behind the IC module on the external surface of the hardened surface layer.

  • Patent number: 5578184
Abstract: A process for patterning a substrate by forming electrodeposited layers on the substrate so as to correspond with two or more kinds of patterns has the steps of preparing an electrodeposition original plate having conductive patterns respectively corresponding with patterns in which respective conductive patterns are laid bare and conductive patterns are insulated from each other in such a manner that the electrodeposited layers can be respectively independently formed on the conductive patterns successively, forming the electrodeposited layers on the respective conductive patterns and transferring the electrodeposited layers formed on the respective conductive patterns, to a substrate.
