  • Publication number: 20110217190
Abstract: Disclosed is a low-cost, inverter-integrated electric compressor with which a high degree of design freedom is maintained, high vibration resistance can be achieved by reliable anchoring of the circuit components, the weight can be reduced easily, and which has excellent operational stability. An inverter-integrated electric compressor has a built-in motor and has a substrate provided with a motor drive circuit including an inverter. In the inverter-integrated electric compressor, after electric components including the substrate have been fixed in a housing space surrounded by a compressor housing and have been assembled, the housing space is filled with an insulating resin, and at least a part of the electric components are sealed by the solidified filling resin.

  • Publication number: 20110142695
Abstract: The present invention provides an electric compressor in which a lead wire on the motor driving circuit side can be electrically connected positively to a sealed terminal. Because the sealed terminal is formed from a terminal body which is made of a metal having electrical conductivity and whose end is provided with a male threaded portion, and a joining nut made of a metal having electrical conductivity and which is different from the material for the terminal body, and is threadably mounted on the male threaded portion of the terminal body, it is possible to positively join the joining nut of a different material to the terminal body and to positively join the lead wire of the same material as the joining nut to the joining nut by welding, whereby it becomes possible to electrically connect a lead wire on the driving circuit housing chamber side positively to the sealed terminal.

  • Patent number: 7083399
Abstract: A motor-driven compressor includes a housing having a compression portion for compressing refrigerant, a motor for driving the compression portion, and a drive circuit for controlling the motor. A connection member having a plate shape is disposed at one end of the motor. The connection member connects a plurality of coils of the motor to the drive circuit. In such motor-driven compressors, because the rolling and bundling of electrical wires extending from coils to connect the drive circuit are not necessary, the size of the motor-driven compressor may be reduced.

  • Patent number: 5645477
Abstract: This invention is directed to a change returning device employed in a coin mechanism of a vending machine. The change returning device is associated with a lower end of a change stacking tube, and includes a ring-shaped member capable of containing the lowest coin stacked within the tube. A block member is connected to a lower end surface of one peripheral portion the ring-shaped member. The block member is disposed on a sliding plate and engageable therewith. The sliding plate is slidably reciprocatingly disposed on a stationary member. A first sloped surface is formed at a part of an upper end surface of the stationary member and a second sloped surface is formed at a part of an upper end surface of the block member. An inclined vertical groove extends from a lower edge of the first sloped surface.
