  • Patent number: 10124106
Abstract: The blood purification apparatus has a control device (19) that performs a venous returning blood process S1, an arterial returning blood process S4 and a negative pressure applying process S1a. The returning of the blood is performed by substituting a physiological saline solution for the blood in the blood circuit. The negative pressure applying process S1a releases a negative pressure after applying the negative pressure to a flow route on an upstream side from an arrangement position of a blood pump 4 in the arterial blood circuit (1). The blood pump (4) is in a normal rotation and an electromagnetic valve V3 switches over the physiological saline solution supplying line 8 from a closing state to a circulating state.

  • Patent number: 9662433
Abstract: A pressure detection device of a liquid flow route is provided which detects a pressure of an arterial blood circuit consisting of a flexible tube, a portion of which is connected to a peristaltically-actuated tube that can cause an internal liquid to flow by being compressed in a radial direction and being peristaltically actuated in a longitudinal direction in a roller of a blood pump, and which enables a predetermined liquid to be circulated. The pressure detection device includes a load sensor that detects radial displacement of the peristaltically-actuated tube.

  • Patent number: 9192708
Abstract: To provide a dialysate extraction apparatus which can automate disinfecting work for a collection port or a sealing device of an opening/closing device and can reliably and easily clean the collection port or the sealing device of the opening/closing device. A dialysate extraction apparatus includes a dialysate extraction device that has an introduction port and a discharge port which are connected to a flow route of a liquid and can circulate the liquid and that has a collection port which can collect the circulated liquid; a cap that is attachable to and detachable from the collection port of the dialysate extraction device and can open and close the collection port; a sealing device that is attached to the cap and seals the collection port in a state where the cap is attached to the collection port of the dialysate extraction device; and a heating device that can heat the sealing device of the cap.

  • Patent number: 7171249
Abstract: A medical device having an operation input unit for an operator to enter instructions and a operation unit for performing prescribed operations required for medical treatment based on input from said operation input unit, including a dialysis device that purifies patient's blood by means of extracorporeal circulation. Further having a human body detection unit for detecting the operator's presence in the vicinity of operation input unit, and a control unit that provides control for allowing input operation unit to instruct the operation unit's operations, or allowing the operation unit to operate based on the input entered into operation input unit, only when said human body detection unit is detecting the operator.

  • Patent number: 5098380
Abstract: There is disclosed an apparatus for detecting an occlusion of a liquid transfusion tube in which a pump section is provided in a liquid transfusion tube for connecting an infusion liquid container with a body infusion element. An occlusion of the liquid transfusion tube is detected according to an amount of displacement of the liquid transfusion tube displaceable under a pressure of a liquid transfused to the liquid transfusion tube by an operation of the pump section.
