    Abstract: The present invention provides a decorative lighting paper in which the printed matter can be easily discerned with clarity whether viewed with transmitted light or reflected light, and a method of manufacturing the said paper thereof. The paper according to the present invention comprises a substrate and a coating layer formed on at least one side of the substrate, the overall opacity of the paper being in the range of 50-75%, the brightness as measured from the one side is 80% or more, and the luster of the paper is 5-23%.
