Abstract: A non-transitory computer readable medium stores a program causing a computer to execute a process that includes storing keywords related to a template image for every template image, acquiring a search result of information on the Internet that includes information of a location and a time that correspond to image capture location information and image capture time information included in photo image data, and selecting a stored template image with related keywords that are highly relevant to a keyword group included in the search result as a template image relevant to the photo image data.

Abstract: A printer managing apparatus includes a physical printer managing unit for managing the outputting of the attribute information of individual physical printers and controlling the outputting of a job to the physical printers, a logical printer attribute information generating unit for logically selecting the attribute information of the physical printer from the physical printer managing unit for managing attribute information of physical printers to generate attribute information of a logical printer, and a logical-printer attribute-information managing unit for managing the generated attribute information of the logical printers. With such an arrangement, the attribute information set in the logical printer is obtained from the attribute information of the individual physical printers that form the logical printer. Therefore, the attribute information of the logical printer may more properly be set than by a manager.

Abstract: The method and apparatus of this invention provide a condition variable that has a time-out capability for an operating system that does not have one. A condition variable allows concurrent programming and provides high level communication between threads. The condition variable allows threads to wait within a mutex and allows broadcast signals to wake up waited threads. The condition variable is implemented by using counters to count the number of waited threads, the number of signals being sent to the waited threads, and semaphore, and means for mutually locking the thread to access the counters.
