By acquiring video image data by synchronizing a plurality of cameras during photographing by the cameras and at the same time acquiring camera parameters in sync with the video image data, rather than simply acquiring video image data and camera parameters, the present invention acquires the actual movement of the target object independently of the measurement environment and acquires the movement of the video image itself of the target object rather than movement of only representative points.
