    Abstract: A condensing unit including a heat exchanger with end plates and a compressor. The heat exchanger is disposed below the compressor so that the end plate takes the load of the compressor. This eliminates the use of a compressor-anchoring base plate, and thus the number of structural parts is reduced. Accordingly, the condensing unit can be further downsized, and cost reduction can be achieved.
