  • Patent number: 9856986
Abstract: The valve device has a valve main body defining a valve chest provided with a NO outlet port and a NC outlet port through which a fluid flows, and a valve for opening/closing the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The valve includes a diaphragm disposed so as to cover the valve chest, and a drive means for pressing the diaphragm to open/close the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The first valve seat and the second valve seat are formed around the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The diaphragm is made of an elastic material of which JIS-K6253 durometer A hardness is A50-A85. The pressure of the diaphragm seated on the first valve seat and the second valve seat is 0.5-1.0 N/sq·mm.

  • Patent number: 9802198
Abstract: A recess 22 provided in a passage block 20; a diaphragm covering the recess 22 to form a valve chest 21 in which a fluid flows; an inflow port 23 opened at the recess 22 and allowing the fluid to flow into the valve chest 21; an NC outflow port 24 and an NO outflow port 25 opened at the recess 22 and allowing the fluid to flow out from the valve chest 21; by oscillating the diaphragm, the diaphragm is closely fitted to any one of a first valve seat 24b formed by an opening 24a of the NC outflow port 24 and a second valve seat 25b formed by an opening 25a of the second outflow port 25, to allow the fluid in the valve chest 21 to flow out from the other outflow port. The recess 22 has a first inclined portion 81 and a second inclined portion 82 having a depth gradually increasing from the first valve seat 24b and the second valve seat 25b toward the inflow opening 23.

  • Patent number: 9678453
Abstract: A semiconductive roller (1) is formed from a semiconductive rubber composition which contains a rubber component including 15 to 80 mass % of an epichlorohydrin rubber, and has an oxide film (5) formed in its outer peripheral surface (4). The arithmetic average roughness Ra of the outer peripheral surface is 1.0 to 3.5 ?m, and the ratio S/S0 of a measured surface area S per unit area of the outer peripheral surface to a theoretical surface area S0 per unit area of the outer peripheral surface determined assuming that the outer peripheral surface is a smooth surface is 2.0 to 5.0.

  • Patent number: 9658557
Abstract: A semiconductive roller is provided, which is capable of uniformly electrically charging a surface of a photoreceptor body particularly when being used as a charging roller, substantially free from defective image formation due to adhesion and accumulation of external additives even if repeatedly performing a charging operation, and less liable to contaminate the photoreceptor body, and has a lower roller resistance to make it possible to form higher-definition images at a higher process speed. The semiconductive roller (1) is formed from a semiconductive rubber composition which contains a rubber component including 15 to 80 mass % of an epichlorohydrin rubber, 5 to 50 parts by mass of titanium oxide based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and a potassium salt as an electrically conductive agent. The semiconductive roller (1) has an oxide film (5) provided in an outer peripheral surface (4) thereof.
