  • Patent number: 7847464
Abstract: The object of the invention is to provide an armature which is in good rotational balance, where the total number of the coils to be disposed in the slots of the rotary electric machine can be freely set when winding coils on the armature core. Coils are wound on an outer periphery of an armature core 3 by use of a winding device 7 which is provided with sixteen nozzles 11b movable in the axial direction to draw out the coils to thirty two slots formed on the outer periphery of the armature core 3, wherein sixteen coils 5 are simultaneously wound through a single winding operation and the winding operation with respect to the slot 3c is performed three times in such a manner that the total number of the coils 5 in the slots 3c becomes 96 (C) so that the number obtained by dividing the total number of the coils 5 C by twice the number of the slots does not become a natural number.

  • Patent number: 6807724
Abstract: A motor assembling apparatus is adapted to magnetize permanent magnets for the field and mount a stator 2 and an armature 3 in the same apparatus. The apparatus comprises a magnetizing unit 24 having an outer magnetizing coil 29 and an inner magnetizing coil 30, a vertically movable stator support 23 for supporting the lower end of the stator 2, an armature holder 25 to the outside of which the stator support 23 can be fitted and a stator keeping jig 22 arranged above the stator support 23. The stator 2 is placed on the stator support 23 and pinched between the stator keeping jig 22 and the stator support 23 to move it vertically and magnetize it by means of the magnetizing unit 24. After magnetizing the permanent magnets, the stator 2 is raised immediately by means of the stator support 23 and fitted to the armature 3.

  • Patent number: 6389914
Abstract: The invention relates to a one-axis starter apparatus which can eliminate the use of a one-way rotation clutch and simplify the machining of the motor shaft, wherein while the first male helical spline is provided at the tip end of the motor shaft, the inner member is externally provided at the tip end portion of the corresponding motor shaft via the first female helical spline. The second male helical spline is provided in the screwing direction opposite to the first male and female helical splines, respectively, on the outer circumferential surface of the inner member, whereas the outer member, having a pinion gear formed thereon via the second female helical spline, is externally fitted to the corresponding inner member, and a pressing mechanism which presses the outer member toward the tip end o the starter apparatus intervenes between the corresponding outer member and the inner member.
