  • Patent number: 7936138
Abstract: Provided is a motor controller for controlling a motor installed at an object such as an electric car operated using a transmitter. A manipulation of a manipulation tool of the transmitter is allocated for brake and reverse modes. A specific value of brake power contained in a signal demodulated by a receiver is stored in a memory unit as a changeover reference value, and a changeover determining unit compares the changeover reference value with the brake power. If the brake power is greater than the changeover reference value, the changeover determining unit transmits a changeover signal to a control unit, and if the manipulation tool is manipulated to a neutral point after the control unit receives the changeover signal, the control unit changes the state of the manipulation tool from brake mode to reverse mode. The changeover reference value can be changed by an operator using an external device.

  • Patent number: 7612507
Abstract: A motor controller capable of appropriately change the drive control condition in response to variations generated in motor drive control. The receiving circuit wirelessly receives and demodulates the control signal to controllably drive the motor and then outputs the demodulated signal to the motor controller. The current detection circuit detects the drive signal for the motor. The CPU refers to a table including correlations between drive currents of the motor and drive frequencies, which are respectively stored in the memory. The CPU selects a drive frequency corresponding to a drive current detected by the current detection circuit, thus controllably driving the motor using the drive signal of the corresponding drive frequency.

  • Patent number: 4940207
Abstract: An automatic valve comprising a first cylindrical magnet as a part of a valve rod axially slidable in a valve chamber for opening and closing a valve port and a second cylindrical magnet as a part of a piston disposed around and coaxially with the first cylindrical magnet for magnetically actuating the valve member under pneumatic control, in which respective ring magnets constituting each of the first and the second cylindrical magnets are stacked such that identical magnetic poles are axially faced to each other increasing the magnetic attraction force and also such that respective ring magnets in the second magnet are slightly deviated from those in the first magnet in the direction of closing the valve port for resisting the external valve-opening force. The piston has a spring for normally closing the valve ports and a round-about air discharge channel formed therein for discharging air when actuated by pressurized air against the spring force for reducing the number of air hoses, etc.

  • Patent number: 4915599
Abstract: A coating material supply device in which coating material is pumped out at a predetermined flow rate and supplied at a constant flow rate to a coating machine. The device includes a plurality of double-acting reciprocal pumps, each having an inlet for the coating material supplied from a coating material supply source and an exit for discharging the coating material by the pressure of hydraulic fluid supplied at a constant flow rate from a hydraulic fluid supply source. The exits are connected to coating material selection valves connected in parallel with each other to the coating machine, and connected to switching valves that selectively switch the flow channel for the hydraulic fluid supplied from the hydraulic fluid supply source in response to the switching operation of the coating material selection valves.

  • Patent number: 4844706
Abstract: A coating material supply device capable of accurately supplying even a highly viscous coating material such as a two-component coating material by a constant amount to a coating machine with no trouble, as well as with no requirement of individually disposing flowmeters, e.g., for respective colors in the case of multicolor coating under color-change.

  • Patent number: 4745011
Abstract: A two-component mixing type coating method which is utilized for coating car components, and the like. A main component solution and a hardner solution are run together at an intermediate portion of a supply conduit and are mixed. The mixture solution is sent to a coating spray gun and injected from the gun for coating. The two-component mixing type coating method of the present invention is characterized in that check valves and stop valves are disposed at positions of the flow conduits upstream from the junction, an escape valve is connected to a flow conduit at a portion downstream from the junction, and when the coating spray operation from the coating spray gun is stopped, the escape valve is opened and then the stop valves are closed by control means.
