  • Publication number: 20220394410
Abstract: A voice output control device includes a base control unit configured to set, based on information on relative positions between an own base of the base control unit and other bases, a direction of a position where voice to be output to each of the other bases is localized, and set, based on information on relative distances between the own base and the other bases, a height of the position where the voice is localized; and a sound source processor configured to localize voice from the other base to generate a voice signal to be output, based on the position set by the base control unit.

  • Publication number: 20190132042
Abstract: A transmitter and receiver receives relay station information from a second relay station. A processor decodes the relay station information. A controller performs control based on the decoded relay station information. The controller calculates an overlapping area where a relay coverage area of the relay station overlaps with a relay coverage area of the second relay station. The relay coverage area of the relay station is based on positional information of the relay station, and the relay coverage area of the second relay station is based on information indicating a relay coverage area of the second relay station included in the relay station information. The controller does not relay a signal transmitted from a mobile station located in the overlapping area.

  • Patent number: 9804819
Abstract: A receiving apparatus comprises an audio output unit, a volume operating unit outputting an operating value indicating a volume level of the audio according to a user operation, a lock controller switching between a non-locked state in which the volume level of the audio can be varied and a locked state in which the volume level is fixed, and a volume controller causing the audio output unit to output the audio having a volume level corresponding to the operating value in the non-locked state and the audio having a volume level corresponding to the lock value in the locked state, and switching the locked state to the non-locked state for a period of time on turning on a predetermined operating part and updating the lock value with the operating value, and switching the non-locked state to the locked state on turning off the predetermined operating part.

  • Patent number: 9667278
Abstract: A determiner determines that the voice communication frequency of the voice band to be used by a subject station for a voice communication with a distant station is permitted to be changed to the voice communication frequency of a selected distant station, the voice communication frequency of the selected distant station being included in predetermined information disclosed by the selected distant station, when the predetermined information satisfies a predetermined condition set in the subject station. When an instruction to change the voice communication frequency to the voice communication frequency of the selected distant station is issued, a frequency change controller performs a control to change the voice communication frequency if the determiner determines that the voice communication frequency is permitted to be changed.

  • Publication number: 20160111133
Abstract: A reception unit is configured to demodulate a received audio signal from a received signal. A first detector is configured to detect that a state of the received signal has changed when the reception unit receives a signal transmitted wirelessly from a distant station. A first chapter generator is configured to generate a first chapter when the first detector has detected that the state of the received signal has changed. The first chapter indicates timing when the state of the received signal has changed. A recording data generator is configured to convert the received audio signal into voice data with a predetermined format, add the first chapter to the voice data, and generate recording data with a predetermined format. A recording controller is configured to control to record the recording data in a recording medium.

  • Patent number: 8570219
Abstract: A position detecting apparatus includes a GPS receiver configured to catch one or more of GPS satellites and track one or more of the satellites while receiving a GPS signal or GPS signals from one or more of the satellites. A power supply controllably feeds power to the GPS receiver. A suspension time decider decides a suspension time in accordance with at least one of (1) the number of satellites caught by the GPS receiver and (2) the level of at least one of the received GPS signals, and determines whether or not the lapse of time during which the GPS receiver continues to track no satellite reaches a prescribed time. A suspension controller controls the power supply to suspend the power feed to the GPS receiver during a term equal in length to the decided suspension time in cases where the lapse of time reaches the prescribed time.
