  • Patent number: 12009273
Abstract: A semiconductor apparatus includes a substrate, plural transistor groups disposed on the substrate, an insulating film, and a metal member. Each of the plural transistor groups includes plural unit transistors arranged in a first direction within a plane of a top surface of the substrate. The plural transistor groups are arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The insulating film covers the plural unit transistors and includes at least one cavity. The metal member is disposed on the insulating film and is electrically connected to the plural unit transistors via the at least one cavity. A heat transfer path is formed by a metal in a region from each of the plural unit transistors to a top surface of the metal member. Thermal resistance values of the heat transfer paths are different from each other among the plural unit transistors.

  • Publication number: 20240101391
Abstract: A system for detecting a presence of a person in a hoistway, having: one or more controllers configured to authenticate the person in the hoistway; the one or more controllers being operationally connected to an elevator car in the hoistway and configured to determine whether the person is within a predetermined distance of the elevator car from a signal emitter on the person; wherein when the person is within the predetermined distance of the elevator car, the one or more controllers is configured to transmit a feedback request to the person and stop the elevator car unless the one or more controllers receives feedback to the feedback request within a predetermined period of time.

  • Patent number: 8654261
Abstract: A video and audio processing device comprises: a switching unit that switches a video input and output pathway at least between “analog video input terminal—analog video output terminal” and “specific-standard digital input terminal—specific-standard digital output terminal”; an input determining unit that determines whether the specific-standard digital data is fed into the specific-standard digital input terminal; and a pathway determining unit that determines whether the video input and output pathway is “analog video input terminal—analog video output terminal”. The receiving unit produces only the audio data from the specific-standard digital data, when the specific-standard digital data is fed into the specific-standard digital input terminal while the video input and output pathway is “analog video input terminal—analog video output terminal”.

  • Patent number: 8198831
Abstract: To stably illuminate an LED lamp even when an internally-excited electronic transformer is used in the power supply circuit, the full wave of the AC voltage supplied from the power supply circuit is rectified using a current rectifying circuit. When the power supply starts, current flows into a start-assist circuit for a specific period of time. Subsequently, when the fixed current load circuit begins operating, the current will flow into the fixed current load circuit. When the current flows into the LED driver, operation of the fixed current load circuit is stopped by a current-stopping circuit. Because the current flows into the lamp-lighting circuit across the entire voltage output even when an internally-excited electronic transformer is used in the power supply circuit, operation of the internally-excited electronic transformer will not stop and will not become unstable. When the LED is not connected, the fixed current load circuit is stopped.
