  • Patent number: 8844600
Abstract: A rotary lamination apparatus has a rotary lamination turntable rotational about a vertical axis. A plurality of workpieces are rotated and laminated on the turntable. The turntable includes a support member that is arranged on an upper surface of the turntable, a plurality of rolling bodies mounted on the upper surface of the turntable, and a plurality of urging members for urging the rolling bodies upward. The support member is formed of material having a high friction coefficient. The rolling bodies are selectively movable between an upper position and a lower position. In the upper position, at least a portion of each of the rolling bodies is located above the upper surface of the support member. In the lower position, each rolling body is located below the upper surface of the support member. In the upper position, the rolling bodies support the workpieces movably in a lateral direction.

  • Publication number: 20140243458
Abstract: Provided is a powdery hydrophilic polymer by aggregating a hydrophilic polymer comprising a water-in-oil emulsion in a liquid form by emulsion breaking and granulating the aggregate, followed by drying. As an emulsion breaker, ionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants having an HLB value of 11 to 20, or oil-soluble polymer compounds having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group can be used. The powdery hydrophilic polymer obtained by this method exhibits excellent effects as a flocculating agent.

  • Patent number: 8770077
Abstract: A punch press device has a lift that can move up and down with respect to a workpiece and a punch that is supported by the lift and can move up and down with respect to the lift. Further, the punch press device has a switching member that reciprocates between a position where the punch is constrained so that it moves down together with the lift and a position where the punch is released so that it moves up with respect to the lift. The punch press device has two electromagnetic solenoids for reciprocating the switching member. The first electromagnetic solenoid moves the switching member in a first direction, and the second electromagnetic solenoid moves the switching member in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

  • Patent number: 8485238
Abstract: Punching structures each include a die, a punch that cooperates with the die to stamp a workpiece, a die supporting member that applies lateral pressure to core pieces stamped out from the workpiece, and a counter pressure applying mechanism that applies counter pressure toward the punch to the core pieces from the side opposite to the punch. The punching structures also include selecting mechanisms, respectively. The punching structures laminate core pieces while applying lateral pressure and counter pressure to the core pieces. The punching structures are arranged along the conveyance direction of the workpiece. The selecting mechanisms select one of the punching structures to be put in a pause state, so that one of the punching structures is put in a pause state during a stamping operation of the punching structures.

  • Publication number: 20130075029
Abstract: A core of a rotating electrical machine is formed by laminating core plates, which are each formed by a plurality of core pieces. According to the method for manufacturing the core, a belt-like workpiece is first conveyed intermittently in its longitudinal direction. Then, while the workpiece is in a stopped state, side edges of a core piece are punched out. At a downstream position in the conveying direction of the workpiece, the remaining edges of the core piece are cut, so that the core piece is punched out. The punched out core pieces are lined up on a support. The core plate is thus formed, and the core pieces are laminated.

  • Publication number: 20120275740
Abstract: A rolling-element bearing in which a rolling element is retained in each of retaining openings formed in a retainer and method for manufacturing the bearing are provided. Each retaining opening is defined by a pair of inner side faces facing each other, and a pair of inner end faces facing each other. In the manufacturing method, with a support die being brought into contact with one of the inner side faces and the inner end faces of one of the retaining openings, the outer and inner circumferential surfaces of the retainer are pressed by an outer punch and an inner punch. Accordingly, on at least one of the inner side faces and the inner end faces, a first retaining piece and a second retaining piece for preventing the rolling element from falling off are formed on the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the retainer, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20120241095
Abstract: A rotary lamination apparatus includes a die, a punch, a rotation drive source, a mounting table, at least one proximity sensor, and a determining device. The punch punches core pieces from a thin plate material. The rotation drive source drives and rotates the die about the central axis of the die. The mounting table is arranged in the inner space formed by the die. The core pieces are rotated and laminated on the mounting table. The proximity sensor detects whether the die is in the proximity of a predetermined position in a non-contact manner after the die has stopped rotating. The determining device determines whether the die is stopped at the predetermined position based on a detection result from the proximity sensor.
