  • Patent number: 7614412
Abstract: In the present washer fluid spraying apparatus, when the amount of the remaining washer fluid in the tank is reduced, the buoyant force of the float does not have an effect to the valve member, and therefore the cross-sectional area of the flow passage of the valve member is reduced. Consequently spraying amount is limited compared to a case where there is a plenty of amount of remaining washer fluid. Therefore, compared to the structure that controls the washer pump driving status by detecting the remaining amount by a sensor, the driver of the vehicle can know that the amount of the remaining washer fluid in the tank is reduced while limiting the manufacturing costs.

  • Publication number: 20090010760
Abstract: A method of correcting the balance of a gas turbine formed so that a balance between the generator side shaft end of a rotor and the shaft end of the gas turbine can be corrected within the range of service rotational speed. In the method, after the rotor is assembled in a casing, the balance is corrected while the rotor is rotated up to a high service rotational speed to remove its residual unbalance at the high rotational speed at which an unbalance due to the elastic deformation of the rotor occurs so as to reduce a vibration due to the unbalance. Accordingly, when the gas turbine is assembled, the residual unbalance resulting from the assembly of the gas turbine, a compressor, and a generator formed on a same rotating axis can be reduced. As a result, the gas turbine which does not increase a vibration at a critical speed can be provided.

  • Publication number: 20080258570
Abstract: The present invention provides a stator coiled in a spiral, capable of mechanically inserting a wound coil in the slot of a stator core. In a stator in which coils are overlapped in a spiral when viewed from the end surface of the stator core after each of one sides of a plurality of coils wound in advance is inserted in the slot of the stator core and each of the other sides of the plurality of coils is inserted in a different slot, by repeating the inserting operation twice or more, the loop of the coils overlapped in a spiral are piled in two layers or more in the radius direction of the stator core and the total coil sectional area inserted in the slots of the stator core is larger than a prescribed value based on the inside radius of the stator core.

  • Publication number: 20080012433
Abstract: Stator coils are inclined with respect to the axial direction of annularly arranged coil holding portions and such that at least parts of the stator coils overlap one another. In setting the stator coils on the coil holder, the stator coils are sequentially set on the coil holder in a predetermined direction, which is a coil setting direction, from the starting stator coil so as to overlap one another. The second section of the ending stator coil is set at the same position as a position where the first section of the starting stator coil is set in the circumferential direction or at a position advanced from the position where the first section of the starting stator coil is set in the circumferential direction. The ending stator coil is set on the coil holder to be further inward than the starting stator coil. Therefore, stator coils are evenly arranged.

  • Publication number: 20070289121
Abstract: A pair of second retaining groups sandwiching the first retaining group. The length of the second coil retainers differ from the length of first coil retainers. The first coil retainers and the second coil retainers are arranged on a same line. The pair of second retaining groups are displaced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the second coil retainers. The stator coils on the coil holder are set along a predetermined direction. At least part of the stator coils overlap one another. The second coil retainers of one of the second retaining group are connected to the second coil retainers of the other second retaining group with respect to the longitudinal direction of the second coil retainers, while the coil retainers are arranged in an annular shape at equal intervals. Therefore, stator coils are evenly arranged.

  • Publication number: 20070261230
Abstract: Stator coils are retained by an inserting blade and a setting blade. The setting blade is rotated in this state. Then, after rotation, the stator coils are set on the inserting blade. At this time, the stator coils are arranged in the inserting blade in a state where the stator coils overlap one another to form a spiral shape. Thus, the stator coils are arranged uniformly.

  • Publication number: 20070261229
Abstract: Using a jig formed by a first holding groove group and a second holding groove group at the outer circumference which is the same in number as the first holding groove group and has the same pitch as the first holding groove group, one side of coils are inserted into the first holding groove group, and the other side of coils are inserted into the second holding groove group. The jig is inserted into the inner circumference of the stator core, the second holding groove group of the jig matches the slot of the stator core, one side of coils is inserted into the corresponding slot of the stator core by a push out device, and the second holding groove group matches the corresponding slot of the stator core, thus positioning the jig, and then inserting the other side of coils into the corresponding slot by the push out device.

  • Patent number: 7031654
Abstract: A contents server fault monitor periodically detects the status of operation of contents servers. Information about the status of operation of the contents servers is held in a server operation database. When an inactive contents server has been detected through look-up of the operation status information, a service menu is prepared that is a list of services which can be provided by active contents servers. Upon a request for the acquisition of a service from a portable terminal, the prepared service menu is sent to the portable terminal. By virtue of this construction, prior to the connection of a portable terminal to a network, a periodically prepared service menu, that indicates only services of contents servers which can provide services, is presented to the portable terminal.

  • Patent number: 6952422
Abstract: Association identifiers for identifying, as the flow of a series of services, screen information are imparted to respective screen informations in a tree structure constituting a web service provided by the contents server. The association identifiers are constituted respectively by an identifier “start” representing a start screen of a series of service elements, an identifier “continue” representing a screen located along the way to contemplated information, and an identifier “end” representing a screen of the final contemplated information. When a congested state has occurred in the GW server during operation, the GW server judges the association identifier contained in screen information to be relayed. In this case, for screen information which is in the state of continuation for the series of service elements and, at the same time, the association identifier represents “continue,” the relay of the transfer of service information is continued until an association identifier representing “end” appears.
