    Abstract: A display device and a display are provided. The display device includes: a drive substrate including a drive circuit, a light-emitting device array, a micro-optical structure, and a color conversion layer array. The light-emitting device array is disposed on a surface of the drive substrate and includes multiple light-emitting devices electrically connected to the drive circuit, and light emitted by the multiple light-emitting devices is light with a same color. The micro-optical structure is disposed above the light-emitting device array and used to refract the light emitted by the light-emitting device array to a uniform refraction angle. The color conversion layer array is disposed above the micro-optical structure, the multiple light-emitting devices respectively correspond to multiple color conversion layers in the color conversion layer array, and the color conversion layer array is used to convert the light emitted by the multiple light-emitting devices into light with a required color.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method for treating cerebral apoplexy and hyperbilirubinemia by the compound or reagent for competitively inhibiting or blocking combination of bilirubin and the TRPM2 channel. The compound or the reagent is competitively combined with the D1069 residue of TRPM2 channel (the analogous D1066 residue of the mouse TRPM2). It is verified that bilirubin can serve as an extracellular endogenous agonist to be directly combined with the TRPM2 channel to aggravate brain tissue damage caused by stroke and hyperbilirubinemia, K928 and/or D1069 residues are key amino acid residues for playing roles. When the K928 and/or D1069 residues are mutated or competitively combined, the bilirubin is prevented from activating the TRPM2 channel; wherein D1069 residue mutation can effectively antagonize the nerve injury effect caused by bilirubin, which would be a therapeutic target for relieving and treating ischemic stroke and hyperbilirubinemia related brain damage.

    Abstract: A method and application of flash imaging lidar to measure the attenuation coefficient of water bodies are provided. In this novel method, the real time remote measurements are achieved on the attenuation coefficient of fresh water using flash imaging lidar based on the adjacent frame difference (AFD) method and water body backscattering model. The method solves the problems of low accuracy and high error of data obtained from real-time remote sensing measurement of attenuation coefficients of water bodies in the prior art; the slow speed of measurement data obtained when measuring water bodies, and the poor feasibility and reliability effect of the remotely measured attenuation coefficients of water bodies obtained. The experimental and theoretical analyses fully illustrate the feasibility of real-time remote sensing measurement of the attenuation coefficient of water bodies using the AFD method, which has a strong practical value.
