  • Publication number: 20140183995
Abstract: A vibration-proof structure for an electric circuit for use in an inverter-integrated electric compressor can reduce cost and weight of the compressor and can have excellent productivity. The vibration-proof structure for the electric circuit of the electric compressor for use in a vehicle air conditioner, the compressor integrally including a motor for driving a compression mechanism and an electric circuit which controls drive of the motor, the structure being characterized in that an assembly 26, which is obtained by mounting at least one electric component requiring a vibration-resistant reinforcement (a coil and a capacitor constituting a noise filter, and a smoothing capacitor) on a dedicated circuit board 24 and by embedding the electric component with resin 25, is assembled in a housing of the compressor. Thus, resin consumption can be greatly reduced, cost and weight of the compressor can be reduced, and productivity can be improved.

  • Patent number: 8653776
Abstract: Provided is an inverter control device that can detect momentary abnormality in a power-supply voltage for sure, and return quickly to regular state when the abnormality in the power-supply voltage has been settled. The inverter control device consists of a main power-supply (31); a sub power-supply (22) that converts electric power distributed from the main-power supply (31); a controller (21) that operates with a control power-supply supplied from the sub power-supply (22); a transistor (4) that makes the input signal of the controller (21) turn ON/OFF, by having the current between the emitter and collector made to turn ON/OFF; and a power-supply monitoring circuit (3) that is connected to the main power-supply (31) via at least a resistor (rD), and monitors the voltage of the main power-supply (31).

  • Publication number: 20110215639
Abstract: Provided is a vehicle communication control device for which an isolation boundary equipped with a signal isolation means, in particular, a digital isolator, is configured between a high-voltage region and a low-voltage region, and which is capable of preventing erroneous output from the signal isolation means and of performing vehicle communications and microcomputer control correctly when the power supply voltage reduces due to, for example turning on of the power, or a power interrupt.
