  • Patent number: 7802347
Abstract: A slide fastener slider, in which a pair of projecting portions are formed such that they project from shoulder mouth side end portions of a pair of flanges to a shoulder mouth side, the flanges being erected on both right and left sides of a lower plate. Each projecting portion is constituted of a stepped portion formed by extending from the shoulder mouth side end portion of each flange to the shoulder mouth side, and a downward slope formed from the stepped portion up to a top face of the lower plate. The pair of projecting portions allow an inclination of a leg portion of a fastener element to be returned to a substantially horizontal state, thereby preventing contact between a fastener tape and each flange to block breaking of threads in the fastener tape.

  • Patent number: 7690089
Abstract: The reverse opening type slide fastener has a separable bottom end stop including upper and lower sliders, wherein a stopper for preventing the lower slider from slipping off is provided at the bottom end of a box pin. A first engaging portion is formed on an opposite side edge opposite to an insert pin of the box pin and a second engaging portion is formed on an opposite side edge opposite to the box pin of the insert pin to position the insert pin in a downward direction when the second engaging portion engages the first engaging portion. A projecting portion which makes contact with the inner face of the blade of the upper slider to suppress a free sliding of the upper slider, is formed on at least any one of front and rear side faces opposite to the inner face of the blade of the upper slider of the box pin.

  • Patent number: 7652579
Abstract: A wireless IC tag mounted on a low magnetic permeability material is mounted on a holding part which has first and second surfaces and is made of a high magnetic permeability material. The holding part has a penetrating part which penetrates the first and second surfaces, and a notch which penetrates a part of the first and second surfaces at a periphery. A discontinuous region is formed on the holding part due to the notch, and at least on the penetrating part, the wireless IC tag is tightly held together with the low magnetic permeability material. An axis of reverse direction magnetic flux generated by an eddy current that flows in the periphery of the penetrating part and the notch is shifted from an axis of the magnetic flux produced by electromagnetic waves directed toward the wireless IC tag on the first and second surfaces.

  • Patent number: 7624481
Abstract: The invention provides a spring body for a slide fastener and a slider having the spring body mounted thereon, comprising: the spring body made of a platy material having an opening window portion at the opposite side of a pawl portion, and entirely formed in a lateral C-shape; a spring piece having a figuration that a longitudinal center portion of the platy material is cut out outward from a side end portion of a main body of the opening window portion to be pulled up at a required height in many steps, disposed between a rear surface of a pull holding body and a pull with elastic contact, and the pawl portion engaged with or released from a portion of a coupling element row by operating the pull through an inside of the slider body. Consequently, it can get the spring body enabling a material and manufacturing cost reduced, a stable and excellent productivity; a slider with an automatic stop function acquiring and realizing inexpensive structure, miniaturization, and simple assembly.

  • Publication number: 20090260197
Abstract: A slider for a concealed slide fastener has a pair of first flanges each having an inverted L-shaped section along a right or left side edge of a lower blade, and a diamond erected in a central portion the lower blade and having a substantially elliptic horizontal section. A wedge-like space between top plate portions of the pair of first flanges has a second flange having a rectangular plate portion and a wedge plate portion formed integrally on the top surface of the diamond, the second flange stretched outward along an outer periphery of the diamond. A height of the bottom surface of a shoulder mouth side end portion of the second flange is set higher than heights of the other areas, and a tapered surface is formed on a peripheral surface such that a taper angle is increased gradually as it goes toward a rear mouth side.
