  • Publication number: 20240140803
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for producing carbon nanotube aggregates to improve the contact efficiency between a source gas and catalysts, thereby enabling the efficient production of high-quality CNT aggregates. A method for producing carbon nanotube aggregates according to the disclosure is a method including a growth step of growing the carbon nanotube aggregates on substrates with catalysts on surfaces. In the growth step, a source gas supply step of forming a substrate layer by stacking the substrates at a lower portion of a growth furnace configured to perform the growth step, and supplying a source gas to the substrate layer through a plurality of gas injection ports arranged at the lower portion of the growth furnace, and an in-growth furnace stir and conveyance step of mechanically stirring and/or conveying the substrate layer are performed at least in part in an overlapping manner.

  • Publication number: 20170187315
Abstract: A control device for a switched reluctance motor includes: a switching controller configured to execute switching control to switch drive control of the switched reluctance motor between a first control mode for reducing torque fluctuations and a second control mode for reducing fluctuations of a radial force based on rotational speed and a torque of the switched reluctance motor; a first controller configured to execute first control to cause an excitation current with a current waveform for reducing the torque fluctuations to flow through the coils; and a second controller configured to execute second control to cause an excitation current with a current waveform for reducing the radial force fluctuations to flow through the coils.

  • Patent number: 6433308
Abstract: A high vacuum valve prevents the transfer of heat from a valve plug of a valve via a valve shaft to a low temperature portion. The high vacuum valve is constructed such that the valve plug arrives at a position opposed to a valve seat in accordance with rectilinear motion of the valve shaft and then the valve plug is pressed against the valve seat in accordance with swinging motion of the valve shaft to close the valve.

  • Patent number: 5836568
Abstract: A high-vacuum valve in which a seal portion of the inner wall of an annular space for interposing a metallic annular gasket is subjected to an anodic oxidation coating treatment other than the sulfuric acid anodic oxidation coating treatment to enhance the compression strength of the seal portion and to prevent the seal portion from being damaged, deformed and sticking to the metallic annular gasket. The high-vacuum valve has a plurality of ports communicated with a valve chamber in a valve body through respective tubular portions. A valve seat is formed in a flow path connecting the valve chamber and one of the tubular portions. The flow path is closed by bringing a valve element into contact with the valve seat, and the flow path is opened by separating the valve element from the valve seat.
