    Abstract: A multiple cooling medium recovery apparatus comprising, a refrigerating circuit which circulates a refrigerant through a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, a heat exchanger with an evaporation path and a compressor, and a plurality of recovery routes separated from one another to which a plurality of kinds of cooling mediums to be recovered are supplied, respectively. A plurality of condensation paths are formed in the heat exchanger separaately from one another. Each recovery route defines a condensation path separately from the other recovery routes. A plurality of independent recovery routes are formed in a single recovery apparatus. A plurality of kinds of cooling mediums can be recovered simultaneously, or without cleaning the apparatus before each recovery.

    Abstract: For use in processing an object refrigerant produced from an original refrigerant, a refrigerant processing system comprises a separating unit (18, 20, and 22) for separating the original refrigerant into a gaseous phase refrigerant component and a liquid phase refrigerant component. A first supplying pipe (12a) supplies the gaseous phase refrigerant component as the object refrigerant to a liquefying unit (24a and 24b), which liquefies the object refrigerant into a liquefied object refrigerant by the use of evaporation of a liquid refrigerant. A second supplying pipe (12b) supplies the liquid phase refrigerant component to the liquefying unit as the liquid refrigerant. The separating unit comprises a receiving unit (18) for receiving the original refrigerant as a received refrigerant, a condensing unit (20) for condensing the received refrigerant into a condensed refrigerant, and a separation vessel (22) comprising upper and bottom parts defining upper and bottom spaces, respectively.

    Abstract: For carrying out charging of a refrigerant into a storage container (26), the refrigerant is separated into gaseous and liquid phase refrigerant segments which are supplied to a receiving unit (22) and an evaporator (18), respectively. The receiving unit and the evaporator are thermally coupled to each other. The gaseous phase refrigerant segment is modified into a modified refrigerant in a liquid phase in the receiving unit by use of evaporation of the liquid phase refrigerant segment in the evaporator. The modified refrigerant is sent from the receiving unit to the storage container. For smoothly carrying out reception of the modified refrigerant in the storage container, the inner pressure of storage container is controlled by a controlling arrangement (31, 32, 33, 34).
