  • Patent number: 11521484
Abstract: A setting device sets a manipulation device that transmits a wireless signal for controlling an appliance when the manipulation device accepts manipulation from a manipulator. An input unit receives first identification information, second identification information, and registration information. An authentication unit performs an authentication process on the registration information received. An output unit outputs a combination of the first identification information and the second identification information received when the authentication process is successful. The wireless signal transmitted from the manipulation device includes the first identification information, the second identification information, and command information.

  • Patent number: 9800660
Abstract: A communication device according to the present invention aims to restart data transmission/reception between communication devices in a short amount of time, without performing key sharing again, even when a communication device of a transmitting side is rebooted. The communication device includes a volatile memory storing a count value, a generator generating data including a count value, a communicator transmitting data to another communication device, a storage instructor, each time the communicator transmits data, updating the volatile memory with a count value, and a nonvolatile memory. A count value is incremented each time the communicator transmits data, the storage instructor causes the nonvolatile memory to store a count value at certain intervals, and the generator, when the communication device is rebooted, includes in data a sum of a certain value and a count value stored in the nonvolatile memory.

  • Patent number: 9685822
Abstract: A measurement unit measures power supplied from an outlet, a first acquisition unit acquires outlet identification information and power supply information which indicates a value of power supplied within a predetermined period of time, the value being measured by the measurement unit. Additionally, a second acquisition unit acquires appliance identification information and power consumption information which indicates a value of power consumed by the appliance within the predetermined period, a comparison unit compares the power supply information with the power consumption information, and a generation unit generates information indicating an association between the appliance and the outlet using the outlet identification information and the appliance identification information when a concordance rate between the power supply information and the power consumption information exceeds a threshold value according to the comparison result by the comparison unit.
