  • Publication number: 20240105665
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes: a first frame, a second frame spaced apart from the first frame in a first direction, and a first joint terminal provided above a second chip provided on the second frame. The first frame includes a first terminal portion extending toward the second frame. The first joint terminal includes a second terminal portion extending toward the first frame. The second terminal portion includes a plane portion, a first projecting portion and a second projecting portion each branching out from the plane portion. An end portion of the first projecting portion and an end portion of the second projecting portion are respectively joined on the first terminal portion. The first projecting portion is different in a length in a first direction from the second projecting portion.

  • Patent number: 7971281
Abstract: A shock absorbent device capable of securely protecting physical parts such as the lumbar part and femur part from a shock even imparted intensively to a narrow area of the physical part to be protected. Also, the shock absorbent device or a protective pad and protective clothes using the shock absorbent can be brought into close contact with the physical part to be protected while improving air permeability around the physical part covered with the protective pad or clothes and vary the area contacting with the physical part to be protected. The shock absorbent can be used for a protective pad for protecting physical parts such as the lumbar part and femur part from an external shock exerted thereto and includes a shock dispersing member (2), embedded in a shock absorbing member (1), for absorbing the external shock.

  • Publication number: 20090056002
Abstract: The invention seeks primarily to provide a means capable of securely protecting physical parts such as the lumbar part and femur part from a shock even imparted intensively to a narrow area of the physical part to be protected, and secondarily to provide a shock absorbent and a protective pad and protective clothes using the shock absorbent, which can be brought into close contact with the physical part to be protected while improving air permeability around the physical part covered with the protective pad or clothes and vary the area contacting with the physical part to be protected. To attain the objects described above according to the invention, there is provided a shock absorbent used for a protective pad for protecting physical parts such as the lumbar part and femur part from an external shock exerted thereto and featured by embedding a shock dispersing member 2 in a shock absorbing member 1 for absorbing the external shock.

  • Patent number: 6652773
Abstract: A polymer dispersion composition obtained by dispersing an electrode active material and a polymer having a gel content of 50% or more in an organic dispersion medium of which boiling point at 760 mmHg is 80° C. or above. The composition is successfully usable as, for instance, a binder composition for batteries, and the battery produced therefrom is high in initial capacity and small in the drop of capacity.

  • Patent number: 6573004
Abstract: A binder for an electrode of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising a vinyl alcohol polymer having 30 to 95% by weight of recurring units expressed by the following formula (1): A slurry containing this binder, an active material and a liquid medium is used to produce an electrode. A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having the electrode as a positive electrode and/or a negative electrode exhibits a minimized reduction in capacity at repeated charge-discharge cycles.

  • Publication number: 20020068783
Abstract: This invention provides a polymer dispersion composition obtained by dispersing a polymer having a gel content of 50% or more in an organic dispersion medium of which boiling point at 760 Kgf/cm3 is 80° C. or above. Said composition is successfully usable as, for instance, a binder composition for batteries, and the battery produced therefrom is high in initial capacity and small in the drop of capacity.
