  • Publication number: 20180262067
Abstract: A stator is provided. In the stator, abutting surfaces are formed on both ends of each of outer peripheral parts constituting an outer peripheral ring section of a stator core, and the abutting surfaces of circumferentially adjoining outer peripheral parts are abutted together. Angles formed by first abutting surfaces, that is, an abutted surface which is formed along a joint located at one of the boundaries of the outer peripheral parts in the circumferential direction, and respective center lines of salient pole parts which connect with outer peripheral parts are smaller than an angle formed by each second abutted surface, that is, an abutted surface other than that of the first abutting surfaces, and a center line of a salient pole part which connects with the outer peripheral part on which this second abutted surface is formed.

  • Publication number: 20170093235
Abstract: The motor of the invention includes the resin sealing member which covers a stator and a circuit board. The stator includes a stator core for winding a driving coil through an insulation member, and a terminal pin secured to the insulation member. The insulation member includes a press fitting portion for pressing and securing a portion of the terminal pin on a side of a second direction, whereas a portion of the terminal pin on a side of a first direction is soldered to the circuit board. A stopper portion is formed on a second direction end of the terminal pin. The stopper portion contacts a surface of the press fitting portion in the second direction to prevent the terminal pin from falling off in the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20170093252
Abstract: In the pumping apparatus of the invention, a circuit board is secured to a portion of a partition wall member on a side of a first direction, and disposed closer to the side of the first direction than a stator core and an insulation member. A portion of a terminal pin on the side of the first direction is secured to the circuit board, and a portion of the terminal pin on a side of a second direction is secured to the insulation member. A first contact surface facing the side of the first direction is formed on the insulation member. A second contact surface is formed on the partition wall member. The second contact surface faces the side of the second direction. Also, the first contact surface is in contact with the second contact surface to restrict a movement of the stator in the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20090246043
Abstract: A fan motor may include a rotor part having a drive magnet and a stator part having a drive coil and rotatably holding the rotor part. The rotor part may include a rotor yoke to which the drive magnet is fixed on an inner peripheral side of the rotor yoke, an impeller which is provided with a plurality of blades and disposed on an outer peripheral side of the rotor yoke, and a plurality of ribs which are protruded from at least one of an inner peripheral face of the impeller and an outer peripheral face of the rotor yoke in a radial direction. The rotor yoke may be press-fitted to the impeller so that end parts in the radial direction of the ribs are abutted with at least one of the inner peripheral face of the impeller and the outer peripheral face of the rotor yoke, and gap spaces are formed between adjacent ribs of the plurality of the ribs and between the inner peripheral face of the impeller and the outer peripheral face of the rotor yoke.
