The front part has a hollow rear end, and the rear part includes a solid engagement part at the front end. The fastening member as a bolt penetrates through the lateral wall at the rear end to be screwed with the engagement part inserted into the rear end. The rear part includes the engagement part and a pipe member to be connected to a rear part of the engagement part.
