  • Publication number: 20020028622
Abstract: A glass woven fabric composed of glass fiber warp threads and glass fiber weft threads, characterized in that the glass fiber warp threads are woven with the glass fiber weft threads at intervals of at least 10 mm in each of the warp and weft directions and characterized by comprising a glass fiber woven fabric portion having non-woven portions in each of which a warp layer in which only the glass fiber warp threads are successively placed side by side and a weft layer in which only the glass fiber weft threads are successively placed side by side are laminated.

  • Patent number: 6283166
Abstract: A glass woven fabric composed of glass fiber warp threads and glass fiber weft threads, characterized in that the glass fiber warp threads are woven with the glass fiber weft threads at intervals of at least 10 mm in each of the warp and weft directions and characterized by comprising a glass fiber woven fabric portion having non-woven portions in each of which a warp layer in which only the glass fiber warp threads are successively placed side by side and a weft layer in which only the glass fiber weft threads are successively placed side by side are laminated. When the glass woven fabric of this invention is used, a printed wiring board excellent in dimensional stability and surface smoothness can be provided.

  • Patent number: 5910390
Abstract: A method for forming a resin pattern which includes selectively polymerizing a photopolymerizable resin utilizing a light radiated from a photosensitive substance to form a desired resin pattern. A photosensitive substance layer is formed in a desired pattern on a substrate (or in a substrate when it is light permeable). The photosensitive substance absorbs an irradiation light and radiates a light of a longer wavelength than that of the irradiation light. A photopolymerizable resin layer formed on the substrate is not activated by the irradiation light but is activated by the light radiated from the photosensitive substance. The photopolymerizable resin layer is irradiated with an irradiation light capable of exciting the photosensitive substance and the photo-polymerizable resin is polymerized in the pattern of the photosensitive substance layer with the light radiated from the photosensitive substance.

  • Patent number: 5837624
Abstract: To enhance the tear strength without increasing the thickness, a woven glass cloth having a mass of 15 to 30 g/m.sup.2, for use as a base material for printed wiring board material, is characterized in that the weft or warp is provided by a 75 denier or more strand, thicker than the warp, and thread count of the thicker strand per unit length is set smaller than that of the other strand.
