  • Publication number: 20180078991
Abstract: Provided is a seaming device that makes it possible to easily adjust an axial load applied to a can during seaming and that makes it possible to prevent the buckling of the can without any shock load being applied, apply a constant axial load according to a decrease in the height of the can during the seaming, and achieve the high speed of a seaming process. The seaming device has a can placement unit (110) that places a can (C), a chuck unit (120) provided opposite the can placement unit, and a seaming roll (131) that seams a lid (F) onto the can (C). The can placement unit (110) has a pressing mechanism (111) that operates by fluid pressure and elastically upwardly presses a plate (112) on which the can (C) is placed.

  • Patent number: 8322355
Abstract: A non-inserted nozzle for washing a container that can increase the washing efficiency, decrease the amount of washing fluid used, and shorten the washing time in sterilizing and washing a bottle container. The upper end surface of a non-inserted nozzle 8 serves as a liquid-receiving surface 10, and a retention wall 11 of a predetermined height is formed on the outer periphery of the liquid-receiving surface, thereby producing a retention recess. A plurality of nozzle holes 13 linked to a fluid channel of a nozzle stem 14 are provided obliquely so as to spread outwardly substantially in the central section of the liquid-receiving surface. The non-inserted nozzle 8 is disposed below the mouth of an inverted container 28 at a distance H from it and the sterilizing fluid or washing fluid is sprayed from below the mouth of the container, without inserting the nozzle into the container.

  • Patent number: 7958910
Abstract: A filling nozzle is provided which has a high flow straightening effect and is capable of forming a stable liquid flow of a circular cross section. In a filling nozzle in which a flow straightening member for straightening the flow of liquid is arranged in a hollow nozzle body, a flow straightening plate with a multitude of fine holes formed therethrough so as to pass the liquid therethrough is used a the flow straightening member, and a divergent chamfered portion, which act as a guide means for guiding fine streams of liquid flowing out from adjacent individual fine holes in a direction to bring them into contact with one another, is formed on an opening edge of an outlet of each fine hole on an outlet side surface of the flow straightening plate.
