Abstract: Methods are provided for routing communications between different recipients at an entity having access to a shared communication log and using presence information. The methods include receiving a communication from a user to an entity by a primary recipient at a call center for the entity, obtaining identifying information for the user, storing a communication log regarding the communication of the user, identifying a current presence of a secondary recipient for the entity, transferring the communication from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient in response to the presence identification of the secondary recipient indicating the secondary recipient is accessible, updating the communication log with information regarding the transfer from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient, and providing the communication log to the secondary recipient during the communication between the first user and the primary recipient or secondary recipient.

Abstract: A size gauge for a nut having flat edges, the size gauge comprises a first surface against which a first flat of the nut is placed, and a second surface against which a second flat of the nut which is adjacent the first flat is placed. The second surface is at an angle of about 120 degrees to the first surface. Distance markings are provided on the side gauge at or near the first surface, the distance markings indicating an across flat measurement based on the length of the flat.

Abstract: The invention pertains to the use of therapeutic approaches to treat various skin disorders and conditions. In particular, the invention pertains to the treatment of cutaneous cancers and cutaneous metastasis of solid tumors, as well as to the removal of tattoos, using a hapten. The invention provides various topical formulations comprising a hapten for treatment of these skin disorders and conditions.

The method includes providing to one second participant an invitation to join the event, receiving, from any one of the participants, a document, and providing the document to all participants for view and/or editing, and providing the document to all participants upon request within a time period. The method includes granting access to the event to a participant, permitting the participant to access and modify the document in the event, and receiving a request from one of the participants to switch one of the first client device or a second client device used by a participant to continue to participate in the event. A system to perform the above method is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of alopecia areata. In some aspects, the present invention relates to haptens for use in treating alopecia areata. In other aspects, the present invention relates to RNAi constructs with improved tissue and cellular uptake characteristics and methods of use of these compounds the treatment of alopecia areata. In other aspects, the present invention relates to compositions comprising haptens formulated as gels or ointments.

Abstract: A motorized latch assembly includes an electric motor, an eccentric cam attached via gears to a shaft of the motor and a latch plate configured to lock the reagent cartridge to the coupler. The eccentric cam is rotated when the shaft of the motor rotates. When the eccentric cam is rotated so that the eccentric cam presses down upon the latch plate, the latch plate moves a sufficient distance to permit the reagent cartridge to be disconnected from the coupler.

Abstract: Disclosed are compositions and methods useful for enhancing the skin penetration of drug nanoparticles. The compositions can be hydrophobic and include a hydrophobic carrier, a volatile silicone fluid, and drug nanoparticles. Also disclosed are methods for inhibiting crystal growth of drug nanoparticles in an aqueous carrier or a hydrophobic carrier. Further, methods to topically treat psoriasis using compositions containing nanoparticles of paclitaxel or other taxanes are disclosed.

Abstract: A dust collection system includes a drill that includes an arbor and a hole saw. A vacuum is provided that includes a hose. A bellows is provided and the bellows may be positioned against a surface. The drill is extended into the bellows to cut a hole in the surface. The bellows surrounds the hole saw to contain dust created when the hole saw cuts the hole. The hose of the vacuum is fluidly coupled to the bellows. Thus, the vacuum sucks the dust out of the bellows.

Abstract: A system and method for enhanced magnet wire insulation is described. A method of making an enhanced magnet wire insulation suited for an electric submersible motor application includes drawing copper magnet wire to size, cleaning the copper magnet wire, pulling the copper magnet wire through a polyimide wrap machine to produce wrapped copper magnet wire and placing the wrapped copper magnet wire around a spool, heating the wrapped magnet wire by unspooling the wrapped magnet wire through a tube comprising an induction coil, removing moisture from the heated, wrapped copper magnet wire by creating at least a partial vacuum inside the tube, redrawing the wrapped copper magnet wire through an extrusion mold after moisture is removed, applying molten PEEK to the wrapped copper magnet wire to produce enhanced magnet wire, and winding the enhanced magnet wire into an induction motor to be used to operate an electric submersible pump.

Abstract: A propeller related vehicle in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention is described as a helicopter having an airframe housing a motor mechanism for powering a main propeller attached to a main drive shaft that extends vertically through the airframe and for powering a tail rotor. The helicopter further includes a horizontal stabilizing mechanism attached between the main propeller and the main drive shaft, which permits the main propeller to freely pivot about the main drive shaft independently from the airframe. As such when the main propeller is rotating and the main propeller begins to pitch, the rotating main propeller has a centrifugal force created by the rotation thereof and will tend to pivot about the horizontal stabilizing mechanism in a manner that offsets the pitch such that the helicopter remains in a substantially horizontal position. In addition various main propeller configurations may be employed that provide additional self-stabilization.
