The methods include receiving a communication from a user to an entity by a primary recipient at a call center for the entity, obtaining identifying information for the user, storing a communication log regarding the communication of the user, identifying a current presence of a secondary recipient for the entity, transferring the communication from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient in response to the presence identification of the secondary recipient indicating the secondary recipient is accessible, updating the communication log with information regarding the transfer from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient, and providing the communication log to the secondary recipient during the communication between the first user and the primary recipient or secondary recipient.

A method of making an enhanced magnet wire insulation suited for an electric submersible motor application includes drawing copper magnet wire to size, cleaning the copper magnet wire, pulling the copper magnet wire through a polyimide wrap machine to produce wrapped copper magnet wire and placing the wrapped copper magnet wire around a spool, heating the wrapped magnet wire by unspooling the wrapped magnet wire through a tube comprising an induction coil, removing moisture from the heated, wrapped copper magnet wire by creating at least a partial vacuum inside the tube, redrawing the wrapped copper magnet wire through an extrusion mold after moisture is removed, applying molten PEEK to the wrapped copper magnet wire to produce enhanced magnet wire, and winding the enhanced magnet wire into an induction motor to be used to operate an electric submersible pump.

    Abstract: A propeller related vehicle in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention is described as a helicopter having an airframe housing a motor mechanism for powering a main propeller attached to a main drive shaft that extends vertically through the airframe and for powering a tail rotor. The helicopter further includes a horizontal stabilizing mechanism attached between the main propeller and the main drive shaft, which permits the main propeller to freely pivot about the main drive shaft independently from the airframe. As such when the main propeller is rotating and the main propeller begins to pitch, the rotating main propeller has a centrifugal force created by the rotation thereof and will tend to pivot about the horizontal stabilizing mechanism in a manner that offsets the pitch such that the helicopter remains in a substantially horizontal position. In addition various main propeller configurations may be employed that provide additional self-stabilization.
