  • Publication number: 20050234699
Abstract: A system (1) transmits cargo booking requests to airline booking systems (A), and receives feedback from them. A server (2) of the system (1) has templates for each airline system (A), and a switch (3) generates signals emulating input device inputs to a dedicated terminal (B) for each airline system (A). These commands populate a request screen if the airline system (A) as displayed on the dedicated terminal (B). The system (1) also captures screens displayed on the dedicated terminals (B) and generates feedback for agents at agent systems (6). The airline systems (A) thus can continue to operate as if they were interfacing with only dedicated terminals, thereby providing excellent access control for security.

  • Publication number: 20020097193
Abstract: A method and system of determining and increasing the effectiveness of outdoor mobile advertising based upon monitoring, recording and communicating data representative of the operator and vehicle movement characteristics. The method comprises steps of monitoring a plurality of raw data elements representative of operating states of the vehicle or action of the operator. Selected ones of the raw data elements are recorded or transmitted when the ones are determined to have identified a relationship to a predetermined set of standards for use with outdoor mobile advertising. The selected ones are consolidated for processing against a vehicle, an operator, and an advertising client profile for identifying when and where to display an advertisement, for qualifying vehicles and vehicle drivers, for identifying a rate of charge to an advertising client, and for identifying a rate of compensation to a vehicle owner or operator for displaying the advertisement.
