    Abstract: The invention provides a hand held device for removing loose hair strands from at least one of a pet and a fabric which includes a handle member, a hair removal member having a material from a group consisting of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, vinyl, gum and silicone and adhesive for attaching said hair removal member to said handle member. The invention further provides an accessory for a conventional power operated tool or a vacuum cleaner which is usable for removing loose hair strands.
