  • Publication number: 20230402899
Abstract: Provided is a work machine. The work machine has a brushless motor, and the brushless motor has a plurality of teeth. A stator coil is wound around each of the teeth. An end portion of each stator coil is connected to a circuit board. The circuit board has: a first conductor pattern connecting the stator coils wound around adjacent teeth; and a second conductor pattern and a third conductor pattern each connecting the stator coils wound around the non-adjacent teeth. The plurality of stator coils are in the form of delta connection parallel winding.

  • Patent number: 11766773
Abstract: There is provided a power tool including a housing, a brushless motor, a power supply circuit, and a fan. The housing is formed with an inlet hole and an exhaust hole. The brushless motor is supported by the housing. The power supply circuit includes at least one circuit element for supplying electric power of a power source to the brushless motor. The fan is driven by rotation of the brushless motor to generate a cooling air flow that flows from the inlet hole to the exhaust hole in the housing. The housing includes a first housing including a grip portion and supporting the brushless motor. The inlet hole is formed in the first housing. The at least one circuit element is disposed inside the first housing and is cooled by the cooling air flow.

  • Publication number: 20220072638
Abstract: A front grease retention unit is provided under a front plunger and a wall is provided between the retention unit and a gear accommodation unit. Furthermore, a front grease receiving member is provided under the front plunger and a front metal bearing, and grease falling into the front grease receiving member is sent toward the outer circumferential face of the front plunger. The grease is pushed out by using the vertical oscillation of a front metal anchor bolt in orbital mode. A rear grease receiving member is provided under a rear plunger and a rear metal bearing, and grease falling into the rear grease receiving member is sent toward the outer circumferential face of the rear plunger. The grease in a grease reservoir groove is pushed out by using the vertical oscillation of a rear metal anchor bolt in orbital mode.
