  • Publication number: 20240094646
Abstract: An exposure apparatus includes a droplet supplier to supply a target droplet inside a vacuum chamber, an irradiator irradiating a pulsed laser onto the target droplet, a condensing mirror installed inside the vacuum chamber and configured to condense a light emitted from the target droplet by irradiation of the pulsed laser onto the target droplet, a gas supplier to flow a hydrogen gas along a surface of the condensing mirror, a controller to change a supply condition of the target droplet and an irradiation condition of the pulsed laser to conditions different from conditions during an exposure operation to increase an amount of production of hydrogen radicals in the vacuum chamber, and an exhaust pump to exhaust a gas from an inside of the vacuum chamber.

  • Publication number: 20240044104
Abstract: A work machine includes a vehicle body including a travel device, a blade supported so as to be rotatable about a pitch axis with respect to the vehicle body, a pitch actuator configured to cause the blade to perform a pitch motion about the pitch axis, and a controller. The determines whether a slip occurs on the travel device during work with the blade, and causes the blade to perform the pitch motion in a backward tilt direction upon determining that the slip occurs.

  • Publication number: 20170073929
Abstract: An engine compartment accommodates an engine. A cooling device is configured to cool the engine. A cooling compartment accommodates the cooling device. A division wall is disposed between the engine compartment and the cooling compartment. A ventilation portion includes a hole for permitting air to pass therethrough and is provided on a top surface of the engine compartment. A water receiving member is disposed under the ventilation portion within the engine compartment. A water catchment member is disposed in the cooling compartment and catches water received by the water receiving member. A drainage pathway is connected to the water catchment member and leads the water to a predetermined drainage position.

  • Patent number: 7361704
Abstract: A vinyl chloride based resin composition for a vehicle, which comprises 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride based resin, and 5 to 200 parts by mass of a plasticizer component consisting of (a) at least one trimellitate based plasticizer and (b) at least one sebacate based plasticizer in a mass ratio [(a) component/(b) component] of 99/1 to 60/40. The resin composition is excellent in thermal stability, the resistance to thermal aging, the resistance to a low temperature and the resistance to fogging, and further is excellent in the formability such as gelling property, the easiness in the release from a mold, and the property of staining a mold, and thus is suitable for use in powder molding.
