A storage case stores the communication substrate and the light guiding plate in a state where a part of the light guiding plate is exposed. The light guiding plate allows the light from the LED indicator to penetrate to a part of the light guiding plate exposed from the storage case by diffusing the light received using the concave surface portion. For example, the present disclosure is applicable to the light emitting device that emits light using an LED or the like.
