Abstract: A communication processing system according to the present invention is a communication processing system including user communication terminals each operated by a user and responder communication terminals each operated by a responder responding to an inquiry from the user. The communication processing system includes: a responder communication terminal information storing means for associating and storing each of the responder communication terminals and a responder attribute of the responder operating the responder communication terminal; and a connection controlling means for controlling to search the responder attribute corresponding to a user attribute of the user by referring to the responder communication terminal information storing means and connect the responder communication terminal associated with the responder attribute to the user communication terminal.

Abstract: A telephone relay apparatus stores peripheral telephone numbers of a plurality of peripheral telephone terminals scheduled to be located at the periphery of each specific terminal user. When a line connecting request from an outgoing telephone terminal of an arbitrary telephone outgoing user to a specific telephone terminal is received, connection of a telephone call execution line from the outgoing telephone terminal to the specific telephone terminal is tried. Therefore, when the connection is connected, a telephone call between the telephone outgoing user and the specific terminal user can be immediately made. However, when the telephone call execution line to the specific telephone terminal is not connected, the peripheral telephone terminal is selected in a transfer trying order, and connection of the telephone call execution line is tried with the peripheral telephone numbers in the transfer trying order.

Abstract: When a telephone call line from an outgoing telephone terminal to the specific telephone terminal of a specific terminal user is not opened, the telephone relay apparatus acquires periphery requirement data from user scheduled data about the specific terminal user having a scheduled date matching the present date, and selects a peripheral telephone terminal. Opening of a telephone call line from the outgoing telephone terminal to the selected peripheral telephone terminal is tried, and the outgoing telephone terminal not connected to the specific telephone terminal is connected to the peripheral telephone terminal. Thus, it is possible to increase the possibility that the telephone outgoing user and the specific terminal user can talk to each other between the peripheral telephone terminal and the outgoing telephone terminal.

Abstract: An electronic system using collectors, rosters, notifiers, and links provides a uniform system for communications, information management and human organization. Since the collectors have unique addresses, each collector belonging to a user can be used as a separate email inbox to provide a single user account with multiple email inboxes. Furthermore, collectors can have access control attributes to limit access to the collectors. The notifier provides a uniform location to view incoming new messages and documents. The links can be used to automatically transfer information between collectors as well as providing access authorization to collectors. For example, a link in subscription mode from a first collector to a second collector would automatically copy all documents placed in the second collector to the first collector. Similarly, if the same link were in forwarding mode, documents placed in the first collector are copied to the second collector. Rosters contain links to multiple collectors.
