  • Publication number: 20210231394
Abstract: The invention provides metal members having liquid-repellent and corrosion-resistant surfaces, without the need for SAM surface treatment. A metal member of the disclosure has a porous surface, having the porous surface directly covered by a hydrocarbon-based oil comprising zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZnDTP). The porous surface may be an oxidized surface, and especially an anodized surface. The metal member may be a member of Al, Ti, Fe or Mg, or an alloy of any of these metals, or stainless steel. The concentration of the zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZnDTP) may be 0.1 mass % to 30.0 mass % with respect to the hydrocarbon-based oil.

  • Patent number: 10871094
Abstract: An object of the disclosure is to prevent the sensing accuracy of an exhaust gas sensor from being deteriorated by the effect of electromagnetic waves in an exhaust gas purification system for an internal combustion engine that is configured to apply electromagnetic waves to the exhaust gas purification device provided in an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine. The disclosure is applied to an exhaust gas purification system for an internal combustion engine including an exhaust gas sensor located within the range of radiation of electromagnetic waves from a radiating device that radiates electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency to an exhaust gas purification device. The system suspends the radiation of electromagnetic waves from the radiating device during a sampling period in which sampling of the output value of the exhaust gas sensor is performed, even when a specific condition for performing the radiation is met.

  • Patent number: 10550810
Abstract: A fuel injection valve includes: a nozzle body portion; a valve body; and a valve seat. The valve body and the valve seat define a fuel space which is shielded from the fuel injection hole and is supplied with the fuel in a case where the valve body is in a state of being seated on a valve seat portion. The fuel space includes at least a space between a side surface of the valve body and a surface forming an accommodation space of the valve seat. The valve body and the valve seat are configured to cause the fuel space and the fuel injection bole to communicate with each other in a case where the valve body is in a state of being separated from the valve seat portion. A light irradiation portion is disposed at a position where the fuel space is irradiated with transmitted light.

  • Patent number: 10316724
Abstract: A structure of a metal fiber constituting a filter is set to a structure in which a cross-sectional shape of the metal fiber is a curved or bent shape and an outer member and an inner member having a linear expansion coefficient greater than that of the outer member are bonded to each other. Accordingly, the metal fiber is deformed to warp to the outer member side in the length direction thereof when the temperature of the metal fiber increases. When a amount of deformation per unit temperature of the metal fiber is defined as a deformation rate, a amount of change of the deformation rate per unit time changes at a predetermined deformation temperature with the increase in temperature. The deformation temperature is set to a temperature higher than a target temperature of a filter regenerating process.
