A coating film for human skin, the coating film comprising a fiber layer, wherein the fiber layer comprises: a fiber assembly in which fiber of a water-insoluble polymer with a fiber diameter of 50 nm or more and less than 10,000 nm is deposited; and a liquid preparation X present between fibers and on a surface of fibers in the fiber assembly, the fiber assembly has a basis weight Q of 0.08 to 1.0 mg/cm2, and the liquid preparation X has a basis weight P of 0.5 to 2.3 mg/cm2 and a relative permittivity of 1.0 to 27, and comprises a component (a): oil agent in a liquid state at 20° C. and has a relative permittivity of 0.5 to 20, and a component (b): polyol in a liquid state at 20° C.
