Abstract: A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a block copolymer containing a polymer block (A) and a (meth)acrylic polymer block (B), wherein the polymer block (A) contains either or both of a maleimide compound and an amide group-containing vinyl compound as a constitutional monomer thereof and has a glass transition temperature of 100° C. or higher, and the (meth)acrylic polymer block (B) contains at least one selected from compounds represented by general formula (1) as a major constitutional monomer thereof and has a glass transition temperature of 10° C. or below. CH2?CR1—C(?O)O(R2O)n—R3??(1) (wherein, R1 represents hydrogen or a methyl group; R2 represents a linear or branched C2-6 alkylene group; R3 represents hydrogen, a C1-20 alkyl group, or a C6-20 aryl group; and n represents 0 or an integer from 1 to 100.

Abstract: An insect repellent is suitable for an anti-tick treatment to living materials such as bedding and carpets with long-term replacement cycles in years and that also has a tick repellent effect stably lasting over a long period of time. The insect repellent contains 2,4-DHAP or xanthoxyline as an active ingredient. 2,4-DHAP and xanthoxyline can stably maintain repellency rates of at least 30-40% and about 90% respectively even if a heating treatment at 150° C. is continued for 5 minutes or longer, that is, for about 3 years in an environment of 25° C.

Abstract: An adhesive composition which contains a vinyl polymer and an acrylic adhesive polymer, and wherein: the vinyl polymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of from 60° C. to 200° C. The static QR code can be dynamically scanned and encoded with data that identifies the plant and contains information about the plant. The information may include geolocation information and/or image files that monitor the developmental stages of the plant. The encoded data may then be transmitted over a network to retrievable storage.
