    Abstract: Provided is a parking brake apparatus installable on a work machine. The parking brake apparatus includes: a parking brake switchable between a braking state of braking the turning of an upper turning body and a braking release state; a brake operation device to which a braking operation and a braking release operation for switching the parking brake to the braking state and the braking release state, respectively, is applied by an operator; and a braking control unit. The braking control unit judges whether or not a turning judgment requirement for judging whether or not the upper turning body is performing a turning motion is satisfied, and performs a braking operation invalidation control to invalidate the braking operation applied to the brake operation device when judging the turning motion is being performed.

The partition wall includes a shaft sealing mechanism that limits a flow of a lubricating oil between the partition wall and the motor shaft, and an air passage that allows air to flow between the speed reducer chamber and the brake chamber while limiting an inflow of the lubricating oil into the brake chamber from the speed reducer chamber. An air breather for opening the interior of the brake chamber to the atmosphere is formed in the brake.

    Abstract: An improved lead frame conveying apparatus for conveying a lead frame to a bonding position has two pins each with a tapered end which is provided for being inserted into a positioning hole in a lead frame. The tapered end has an upper portion the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the positioning hole in the lead frame and a lower portion the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the positioning hole. The lead frame is supported by the tapered ends of the pins which engage the round edges of the positioning holes. The tapered pins are moved controllably in this state, thereby feeding the lead frame to the bonding position. Since the weight of lead frame tends to push the lead frame down on the pins, the centers of the positioining holes and the tapered pins become automatically aligned, bringing about correct aligning of the lead frame.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a heat treatment apparatus for performing heat treatment of a substrate. According to the present invention, a thermocouple is introduced into a heating furnace and discharged from the heating furnace by carrier means in such a state that one side ends of the wires forming thermocouple are connected to the substrate and another ends of the wires forming the thermocouple are connected to fixed terminals of a terminal mount. Movable terminals of a terminal driving mechanism are brought into contact with the fixed terminals of the terminal mount, to outwardly extract output signals of the thermocouple. Thus, temperatures of the temperature measuring substrate can be accurately measured while securing air-tightness in the heating furnace. Further, entanglement of metal wires forming the thermocouple is prevented in introduction/discharging of the substrate.
