  • Patent number: 7349747
Abstract: A monitoring device and a monitoring method for an injection molding machine, in which a trend chart is displayed on a common axis so that changes of set values of molding conditions and changes of measured values of monitoring items can be grasped correspondingly. A history of the measured values of the monitoring items is stored, and a change history of the set values of the molding conditions is also stored. An operator sets monitoring items and molding condition items to be displayed. In doing this, the operator sets a display range such that molding condition items having changed set values within the display range are displayed and selected. Alternatively, coefficients of correlation between the measured values of the selected monitoring items and the set values of the molding conditions are obtained, and the molding condition items are displayed in the order of priority of correlation and selected.

  • Patent number: 7318039
Abstract: When the process plan made for execution is corrected based on the process correction condition, the variation amount in each of processes based on the process correction condition is calculated as the probability distribution using the probability distribution data generated by obtaining the probability distribution from the variation-amount prediction value of each of the processes. Thereby, the influence degree on other processes when the process is corrected can be estimated not simply as the propagation of the variation fixed value but so as to be more suited to the actual circumstances in accordance with the attribute information and the past variation patterns of the process.

  • Publication number: 20070162299
Abstract: Working efficiency improvement of shipping and receiving operations in a materials storage location is contemplated. An optimal location is provided so as to minimize work volume in shipping operation when receiving materials control objects in a materials storage location to improve working efficiency in the materials stockroom. As means to achieve it, a location information of the materials control objects stocked in the materials storage location and vacant area where the materials control objects to be received can be stocked are calculated by use of location information of the materials control objects in the materials storage location and materials dimensions and shape information represented by the three-dimensional CAD used in design to select and decide the area to minimize work volume when shipping. Consequently, shipping operation efficiency can be improved.

  • Publication number: 20070120684
Abstract: Disclosed is a cable identifying system for accurately discriminating one cable from another on site over a long period of time, the system enabling a cable layer or a cable user, when laying out an RFID built-in cable, to do without manually writing any information in the RFID tags built in the cable. One cable having RFID tags built therein can be accurately realized. The individual ID's of the RFID tags are read and stored in a storage apparatus. When a part of the cable is cut, the ID's of the RFID tags nearest to the both end of the cable are read out, and the ID-related data of the RFID tags in the cut-out cable are recorded on a desired medium or electronic information medium.
