Publication number: 20110288683Abstract: The grip position calculator determines a grip position where the fingers can grip a workpiece in any orientation of the workpiece. The calculator then determines an initial position where the finger tips can grip the workpiece and set the initial position as a point of calculation. Then an allowable gripping force is calculated which is an index that indicates an allowable force to be applied to the workpiece at point. Then other allowable forces are calculated for a plurality of points near the point of calculation. Then the point of calculation is selected as a possible gripping position if the allowable force a point is greater than any of the allowable forces. Otherwise, one of the points is selected for another point of calculation where the greatest allowable force (De) has been calculated and return to calculating an allowable gripping force.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 28, 2010Publication date: November 24, 2011Applicants: NATIONAL UNIVERSITY CORPORATION, HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD.Inventors: Toshiyuki Kondo, Shinji Sawada, Nobuhiro Nanba, Yoshikazu Hayakawa, Kenji Fujimoto, Akira Nakashima, Takashi Uno

Patent number: 5681424Abstract: A method of cleaning an etching chamber, with a high throughput, of a plasma processing apparatus for etching by use of hydrogen bromide (HBr) as an etching gas while holding a wafer on an electrode by electrostatic chuck. When the static charge on the wafer electrostatically chucked on the electrode is eliminated after the completion of the etching, O.sub.2 gas is introduced into the etching chamber from a gas flow-rate controller. A plasma of O.sub.2 gas is generated to cause the electric charge on the wafer to flow to the earth through the plasma, and at the same time, the interior of the etching chamber is cleaned.Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 1996Date of Patent: October 28, 1997Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Go Saito, Motohiko Yoshigai, Kenji Fujimoto

Patent number: 4968649Abstract: The present invention provides a dielectric ceramic composition for use in a high-frequency range represented by the general formula (1-x)Ba.sub.1- y(Zn.sub.1/3, Ta.sub.2/3)O.sub.3 +xBa.sub.1-y ZrO.sub.3. In the formula, y is 0.004.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.0.013 and x is the amount of substitution of Ba.sub.1-y ZrO.sub.3 and 0<x.ltoreq.0.06. This composition is prepared by weighing raw materials so that the mixing ratio of Ba is slightly smaller than that of the stoichiometric composition, calcining the resultant mixture to prepare a calcination product, grinding the calcination product through only dry process without conducting wet pulverization, molding the resultant powder, and sintering the molded product at 1600.degree. to 1700.degree. C. for 1 to 10 hr.Type: GrantFiled: December 8, 1989Date of Patent: November 6, 1990Assignee: Fuji Electrochemical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Michiaki Tsurumi, Kenji Fujimoto, Kazuaki Endo
