  • Patent number: 8425120
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an electrolytic erosion preventing insulated rolling bearing and a manufacturing method thereof. In one embodiment, the electrolytic erosion preventing insulated rolling bearing includes an insulating coating being a ceramic coating layer including alumina as the main component and 0.01 to 0.2 percent by weight titanium oxide with the alumina having a particle size ranging from 10 to 50 ?m and average particle size ranging from 15 to 25 ?m.

  • Publication number: 20090304318
Abstract: In order to ensure high levels of insulation performance, and low cost, and have an excellent external appearance, as a ceramic constituting an insulating coating 6 being a ceramic coating layer, one with alumina as its main component, and in which the content of titanium oxide is limited to 0.01 to 0.2 percent by weight is used. Moreover, a particle size of ceramic forming the coating layer is 10 to 50 ?m, and average particle size is 15 to 25 ?m. By limiting the content of titanium oxide, the insulating coating 6 can be made thin, and by limiting the particle size the film thickness accuracy can be improved, thus simplifying finishing. Moreover, by mixing of titanium oxide, deterioration of the external appearance after sealing can be prevented. As a result, the above problem is solved.

  • Publication number: 20050117827
Abstract: To provide a rolling bearing in which a spin slippage between a rolling element and a raceway groove is suppressed, and a rolling resistance is reduced to make the torque lower, whereby the rolling elements are easily incorporated even when the bearing rings are the monolithic type. Also, to provide the rolling bearing in which the rolling elements are easily incorporated even in a state where the bearing rings of monolithic type and a retainer are assembled. After the outer and inner races and the retainer are assembled, a small groove 4 for rotating the rolling element is provided in the center of an inner raceway groove 3 within a raceway groove space. The retainer 6 is only provided in one axial pocket face 7b of a pocket 7, and the other face is opened.

  • Patent number: 6010238
Abstract: The center line of an embroidery region is determined. Starting from one point on the center line, search is made to search for end points and branch points on the center line. At branch points, bisectors for spaces between branches are generated to divide the embroidery region into plural closures. Near the end point, the orientation of the embroidery lines is determined to be perpendicular to the center line. Near the branch point, the orientation of the embroidery lines is determined to be parallel to a line connecting the intersection points of the bisectors and the outline. Embroidery data are obtained by fill operation, and the orientations of the respective embroidery lines are set to interpolate the above-mentioned two orientations. The needle points are determined on the outline. Near the branches, the needle points are determined on a closer side on the outline or said bisector.

  • Patent number: 5754431
Abstract: The design data of a front body and front portions of both sleeves are stored, with being separated into three kinds of data of profiles, the kinds of stitches, and patterns, such as intarsia and jacquard. Similarly, a back body and back portions of both sleeves are stored, with being separated into three kinds of design data of profiles, the kinds of stitches, and patterns, such as intarsia and jacquard. The stored design data may be displayed in a singular form, such as the front body only, and in a synthesized form, such as the front body and the front portions of the sleeves. Similarly, the front body and the back body may be synthetically displayed.

  • Patent number: 5719777
Abstract: Design data of a knitted product are divided into plural layers, layer numbers are given to the layers, and the layers are stored. The default value of a layer number is the number of the latest layer plus 1, and the layer numbers can be modified. It is made possible to unite or group plural layers into a group, and a layer number is given to the group. It is also made possible to cancel grouping.

  • Patent number: 5646861
Abstract: A delete mark is displayed at the start end of a directional vector, and a finish mark at the other end thereof. The vector is deleted when the delete mark is touched, and input of the vector is completed when the finish mark is touched.

  • Patent number: 5557527
Abstract: Each design data of intarsia, jacquard, and structural stitches is separately stored and independently processed. Each design data is stored in an internal data format where one pixel is allocated to each loop and is compensated for the aspect ratio of loops by affine transformation before being displayed on a monitor. Similarly input coordinates from a stylus are inputted in a coordinate system corresponding to the internal data format and then converted into monitor address with coordinate affine transformation.

  • Patent number: 5408593
Abstract: Soft-edge processing of a video color image is effected in accordance with a stylus nib pressure. Initially, a display circle unit is determined having center coordinance corresponding to display coordinance of a stylus and having a radius corresponding to a nib pressure of the nib stylus. A display region is set encompassing the display circle unit, the display region having a plurality of pixels. A distance from each pixel located outside the circle unit within the display region to the circle unit is determined. This distance is then used as the basis for determining a Z value of the pixel which is indicative of the relative illumination of the pixel to effect soft-edge processing of the image.
